I saw there were some negative reviews of this place, so I decided to put my own two cents in. I've been going to this post office several times a week over the last six years. Most of the problems I have experienced have nothing to do with the employees, but rather the computer systems they are provided with. But that would apply to all USPS locations. The US mail system desperately needs an overhaul. The cashiers here are always wonderful and put the customer first. Our mail carrier is always pleasant and will often chat for a bit if I'm outside during her delivery run. There is no USPS office that is perfect, but I honestly feel like this branch in particular is as good as it gets.

Ordered and paid for a PO box online on a Friday night, Saturday morning I went to pick up the keys. I had my receipt, various forms of ID, a piece of mail from the school (enrollment of my kids), all necessary forms filled out and signed. It should have been a quick and easy transaction. The female at the service desk was very rude. It seems being rude on a task that requires so few words would be difficult yet she was. In addition she told me that because I do not have a vehicle which meant no vehicle registration and no voters card registered to the house i just moved to that i couldn't have the keys to the po box I already paid for and no refund. I had my drivers license, social security card, the card I used to pay for the box, my health insurance card and another state issued photos ID yet it wasnt vehicle registration nor a voters card so no refund nor po box keys!! I had ID suitable for EVERY government office in the entire U.S. but not for this PO. I ended up talking to a local friend whom said the staff at that particular PO are known to be a$$holes. Conclusion: Unless you're a vehicle owner who actively votes and updates your voters registration within 12 hours of relocation, I strongly recommend you avoid this PO. If you do have a vehicle and voters card current please bring verification for favorable treatment.Be safe and free America!!

The Postmaster constantly tells me my package isn't in when I know it is because I've picked up my packages before, I have emails saying that it's there, and I have the slip saying it's there. The other employees are pretty great though.
