It's listed as a Ford dealership, but it's not really a dealership.
They don't sell new Fords, pre-owned cars, parts, the only thing they do is service and it's a very small shop. Not really an actual Ford dealer.

The worst ever! My wife recently supposedly had her car inspected, well within 3 weeks, the gas tank fell off,tail pipe fell off and last but not least the drive shift fell off.. It's time to call the NY AG.

I spoke with Mr Hinkley after the rude treatment by country club motors in oneonta, He was kind and soft spoken and gave me information to help me out with my car problems and didnt charge me a cent! I will support his business in the future. Thank you!
