I feel that if you work in a store as c.s.r you shouldn't have a grouchy attitude. Most stores are good in the area but 1 has an older gentleman that was a bit crotchety with me. I ignored it but I'll go to the store closest to my house next time.

Don't post your hours if you're not going to stay open until you say you are. They also like to turn off the open sign early so they don't have to help customers near closing time

I needed an OBD2 reading for a check engine light. They stated they don't have one and I have to go to someone else and pay which defeats the entire purpose of going to the auto parts store. If I can't figure out what's wrong, how can I buy what I need?The staff was nice and clearly wanted to help, so that's why I gave 2 stars and it's clear the onus is on advanced auto.

Terrible customer service. Asked for help identifying what light was out in the back. (Taillight, parking light ?) He states they don’t diagnose. I didn’t need him to diagnose, I knew the bulb was out just needed to know what one. He wouldn’t even look at a picture . Thought it was funny cause two weeks earlier that same guy diagnose that I probably needed new windshield wipers. I purchased the same ones he used on his truck( so he said) . 60.00 worth. Really needed the help to get the right light as my daughter was leaving with the car in morning for drive back to college. Can’t believe this is the customer service Advance Auto Parts wants to be known for.

They can't seem to understand part numbers and when they give you the wrong part they won't exchange it. Unbelievable, won't be returning to this Advance or any other since customer service is a thing of a past.

I ordered a part for my daughters car yesterday and within 24 hours the part was delivered for her cat. Cameron, the sales associate was super helpful with my order. They even offer a Veterans discount with appropriate ID. Go check them out.

Went in today to get a headlight for my car and Cameron at the desk was so extremely helpful and so nice! I really appreciated his customer service. I will definitely be coming back for any other car needs!
