I’ve banked all over Buffalo for a multitude of products and services and at the end of the day there is no bank Id rather do business with and that I put my faith into day day out like M and T. This branch in particularly is one of my favorites! The staff is easy to approach and always willing to go a few steps xtra steps if needed, which is huge when pertaining to the business of managing your money. You are always greeted and the tellers always smile and make you feel comfortable. I’ve been to banks in the past and as recently as last month that made me feel as if I had committed a crime walking in the door. I was even subjected to what I can only call a sad attempt to interrogate me before eventually cashing my check with an eye roll and attitude all because she was on the phone when I walked up so I smiled and gestured for her to take her time I thought I was being more than accommodating… apparently not But these experiences just make me more grateful for the way I feel banking at my m and t.”
