I walked into Citizens bank to try to find a way to cash my cashiers check, and was told that I would have to open a bank account. So I gave them my cashiers check to put into my new bank account, and was told I would have to wait till the 17th of that Friday, and I had gone in on the 13th of Monday. Also, when that Friday came they told me it was still on a hold and would now have to wait till Tuesday May 21st. With it now being Tuesday I was told again, that the cashiers check is still on a hold and now I will have to wait till June 4th. I was not disclosed on any guidelines such as this, and was not under the impression of having to wait till June over a month later to receive my cashiers check to use through my bank. If you don't want to deal with any of these types of issues or problems that accociate with cashiers checks then I'd advise you to not go with Citizens. I am an honest woman, and a senior citizen who doesn't try to get one over on anyone, and to have this happen to me while moving back home with my family and pets makes this the worst association to a bank I have ever dealt with in my entire lifetime. I thank the individuals who have tired to help me get answers to the issues, but sadly what is done is done and the bank itself has made it hard for me to want to stay with them in the future and to let others know what has happened to me with choosing Citizens.

Brandon, the manager did an amazing job explaining what the bank has to offer and how it can help me navigate my banking. He took the time and put the effort so I can have the best experience. I am very satisfied with this branch and I will be using moving forward. Thank you Brandon for everything.

Will be closing my act woth them they charged me over 300 dollars in overdraft charges

I had a very unsettling experience with one of the employees. I emailed the manager, who was on vacation about my experience but never heard back. To this day I resent them not addressing my issue, and leaving me without the account paperwork I needed.

Customer service has always been very good here. I find that this location is never overly crowed. I come more for the ATM than anything else.
