Always liked this bank branch until they took Saturday banking hours away. At least they were open until 6 PM on Fridays. Now they’ve taken that away too, so I can’t do ANY banking on the Island which is where I live.

I recently moved back to WNY and the bank I've been with for the last 10 years doesn't have a local branch. So, I enrolled with KeyBank. I visited the local branch today and they resolved my question quickly. Great branch with very nice people. Chris has been exceptionally helpful with some others concerns I was experiencing with Key Bank. He quickly and professionally handled my requests. Again, today Chris today was a Superman. I drove off with my card in the atm and he quickly retrieved it for me. Go see Chris and he will take excellent care of you...

I love my Key Bank branch. The tellers are always helpful when I have a question about my accounts. The drive thru is, well a drive thru. You have to wait your turn just like everybody else. A majority of mine have been quick, even with COVID-19 epidemic. When we could only use the drive thru for the first few months it was busy, but that was our new norm in the world. Key Bank is my go to even though I have another bank account some where else.

Located inside the Tops supermart plaza, you will come across this smaller Key bank. I only came for the atm and never been inside this particular bank. I find that this location is perfect because, there is not that many Key banks around Grand Island and Niagara falls area.

Great location, is only surpassed by the wonderful staff. In the early days they changed personal so often that you never knew who you would run into, but the branch has grown into its own. The people are great, the service is excellent, the only thing wrong now is this darn social distancing...Drive through should be left for the beer store.

Horrible customer service was waiting in drive thru over 10 minutes someone pulls up on the next line over and is served and left before me very disappointing will not be banking with them anymore in the future

KeyBank on Grand Island has the worst customer service. It's unusual to see a 2.6 star review on Google for any business, but this branch managed to reach a new low. Keybank corporate apparently knows this as well, as they've eliminated their Saturday hours at this branch. There's 4 other banking options on the Island. Don't waste your time going here; go to a bank which actually keeps its word and delivers good customer service.

I am a brand new customer and needed some help. The teller at the window could not help but at least she was polite and directed me to speak to someone in the office cubicle. I know it was close to closing but it was my lunch hour and the only time I could come in today. so as I sat waiting there were 2 employees sitting in an office who just sat there chatting. They never even asked if I needed anything. I ended up walking out and will seek help as a different Key branch now.

Phone app doesn't recognize many checks, this forces you to work with inconvenient bank hours. "Free" line of credit offered they ended up trying to charge us for repeatedly requiring us to petition reversing the fees repeatedly for a service we really didn't need or use but was "free" so why not? Will be closing that line of credit and considering alternative bank options. Experience overall isn't terrible, but certainly not where it could be, people we physically deal with from the bank are always friendly and pleasant to deal with.
