On Thursday, August 28, as I was traveling for work on Grand Island,, my right front passenger tire blew.. I was able to safely get into the Tops Grand Island gas station parking lot and I could not go any further. at first, I thought I would be stranded for a bit, but then realized that right across the street was the Monro Auto Service Center. I walked across the street and spoke with Darrius and Patrick. I explained to them what the situation was, and Patrick walked back across the street with me to check out the tire. Since I’ve had an all-wheel-drive vehicle for a good number of years, I knew the mileage on the tires was not going to allow me to only get one tire as I would have to replace all four. That is standard procedure. I did let them know that I understood that prior to them speaking about replacement. Normally, the size of my tire is not held in stock as it would always have to be ordered at any other place that I have ever had to do business with. But luckily for me, they DID have those tires in stock. Both Darrius and Patrick were Incredibly professional, kind, compassionate, and knew that I was under a time limitation as I had to get back to work as soon as possible. They certainly went above and beyond to service my vehicle and to make me feel extremely comfortable with the process. They knew I was under a time crunch as I was supposed to be at a clients house at a certain time and needed to get back to work as soon as possible. They took care of me in less than 45 minutes which I am so grateful for and was back out on the road to headed back to work in a timely fashion. I just want to thank them both so much for their kindness, compassion, experience, and most of all treating me like I was their only customer. I appreciate you both more than you could ever imagine, and Monro is incredibly fortunate to have you both on their team! I am obsessed with my new tires and now feel that I can travel safely anywhere because of you both. YOU ROCK❤️❤️

I have never been so frustrated with service from a place as this business. Overcharging for a simple bulb at almost 5 times the cost at AutoZone. $13.95 (Autozone) $78.30 (monro). Charging $105 for 20 mins labor. You should be ashamed of yourselves for the whole exchange. PEOPLE, save yourself money, frustration and the total disrespect that this business shows to it's customers.

They helped me figure out what was wrong with my car and did a quick oil change/tire rotation. Location is really convenient and, as a walk-in, I was out in half the time I expected so they’re pretty efficient :)

I went to Monro on Grand Island thinking I needed a tire replacement, but come to find out I just needed a patch. Nick and Bennett at Monro were awesome and fantastic and I was in and out in a timely manner.

I unexpectedly noticed a flat today (Saturday) at 3 pm. I called AAA and then Monro on Grand Island, which was still open. I had never been there. Nick (the manager) was nice on the phone, said Monro was still open and to have AAA tow the car over. He was incredibly helpful when I arrived at the shop. I was worried I would need new a new tire (or pair), but he was able to patch the flat. I can’t thank him enough for his friendly and excellent service. I highly recommend!!
