Didn’t give me notice that they had closed my account. I found out it was closed by getting a collections letter for $43 due to an overdraft fee. Honestly glad the account is closed because I’ll never get another one with them ever again

I wanted to take a moment out of my busy schedule and tell everyone that this Northwest Bank Branch is the “BEST OF THE BEST.” I have several accounts here at Northwest. Everyone is very kind and personable. They have a wonderful hard dedicated staff. They never let me down. It is a wonderful feeling to know that they are always kind and personable, in regards to my personal and business financial needs.I always have to heckle them with notarizing my affidavits for court papers and they are always welcoming and a pleasure to work with.In this”Day and age” along with the ever changing times… This Northwest Bank Branch in Grand Island is where I want to do all of my financial business.Thank you to all of the staff. Everyone is a pleasure to do business with.I am very happy to Recognize everyone’s good work at this branch. You have exceeded my expectations .

I've banked at this location for many years, when they were HSBC, then First Niagara, then Northwest, and this is the worst iteration yet. Northwest is an incompetent organization, locking out my card for "fraud" on a regular basis, but today was the last straw. I've had things notarized here before, but recently I called in advance to ask if they could notarize and witness a will, and the polite woman on the phone said yes, no problem, no appointment needed. My husband and I came in and sat down and were just rudely told "we don't do wills here" then the woman wandered off to discuss it with 2 other staff. She acted as if I made up the story about being told they could do so on the phone, and then made a bit of a production of asking others who could've given me this erroneous information. The teller staff have always been friendly but this bank has wasted my time for the last time.

My experience with this Bank is HORRIBLE.I would never recommend this Bank to anyone.Just yesterday i called and the lady was extremely rude she hung up on me and never even helped me with what i was calling for.I dont even want to give it a 1 star but it made me.

This bank is literally the worst ever. No customer service, terrible online services, garbage app. No one at corporate knows what the heck is going on. Unfortunately not a reflection on the local branch but this is such a horrible company I cannot leave anything but one star for any of their locations.

I gave it 5 stars because the staff is always friendly, smiling and accommodating. I do most of my banking online but they still know who I am. Twice it was suggested that I move my money to similar accounts to earn more interest. Win! Plus, the few times that I have had to go in there was some sort of recognition going on with cake, cookies or cupcakes for the public!
