The tech is very rude. Will not let you finish a sentence before interrupting. When people are calling or visiting a pharmacy they usually aren’t their best. Rite aid needs to give lessons in customer service. It’s no wonder they are going out of business in so many places. Shame on you!

The worst! Always 7 ppl in line and no one answers the phone. Hire more ppl! Trying to change pharmacy!!!
