“Had a hard to pinpoint water leak coming into the front of the passenger area of the car. Contacted Joe @ Slate Valley Automotive on a Wednesday he scheduled us to drop the car off within two days. Turned out the car had multiple leaks coming from potentially three locations (sunroof, windshield, roof lights) Joe patiently kept us informed throughout the entire trouble shooting process and successfully resolved the issue in a timely manner. We could not be more satisfied with the professionalism, knowledgeable staff and overall customer service we received throughout the entire process.
