After hearing about Telescope furniture i was intrigued... I checked out my closest retailer and was blown away by the selection and quality. I had heard of Telescope before but thought it was exclusive to the upscale hotels, but when i found out it was available to retail customers i had to check it out!First off... The style and presentation of the furniture is beautiful! And the quality of construction is very good. The comfort factor is amazing and the ability to customize the colors and fabrics is definitely a plus. We selected several peices and have been quite happy with each one. I would reccommend Telescope to anyone who likes comfort and style. You get what you pay for and i don't mind paying for quality.!If you want to spen a weekend at a luxury hotel and never leave your neighborhood, Get a few pieces of Telescope outdoor furniture, fire up the grill, crack open a nice bottle of wine and "Live the Dream!"

Went on a Monday. They weren't open, but an owner was there and went out of his way to accomodate us.

I am so disappointed in my new patio Telescope Furniture. I purchased a "resin" table and sling chairs more than 12 years ago and it was fantastic! It still is holding up great. BUT.. we recently purchased a sectional with cushions (during the pandemic, where they were priding themselves on staying open) and the cushions are horrible. They are not "dense and firm" enough. I called Telescope and they said that that was the way the cushions were supposed to be. 1) they were much firmer in the store where we tried out the cushions. and 2) when I unzipped the cushions there was an extra layer of cushion on the top and bottom (seeming to "fill" the cushion more... so trying to remove the material to wash it, and then re-stuff with all the layers doesn't work either. I believe that Telescope couldn't get the proper stuffing/foam during the pandemic and instead of maintaining their high quality, they decided to "go for the sales" and use less quality stuffing. TELESCOPE IS EXPENSIVE !! and I have changed my mind and will no longer sing their praises nor buy their products. it is too bad. I used to tell a lot of people about them. Some people thought I was a sales person for Telescope because I would speak so highly of their products and if I saw people looking at their products in a store I would tell them they can't go wrong... NOPE... their customer service was no help either.

Do NOT buy this furniture! Worst customer service. Multiple errors with our order. After 1 year, our order still isn’t right. No quality control and no one accountable to make things right.

We have had terrible problems with our order and have sent wrong items back twice. The quality control has been poor. I see that many have had their furniture last for years, but we’ll have to see if things hold up when the stitching on a new product isn’t right. The original table arrived damaged. They left needed hardware out of sealed boxes and wouldn’t send it to us for 2 months so we could attach things ourselves. The chairs didn’t match and had to go back twice. It has been a yearlong nightmare and isn’t over yet.

THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR PROBLEMS AFTER THE PURCHASE IS MADE.I have Telescope patio furniture for several years, and had been fairly happy it. However the cushions ripped, which is understandable after 20 years. What isn’t acceptable though is the companies complete and utter lack of response, when I requested what could be done for replacement cushions, literally zero response after several emails and phone calls. So, thank you for putting your name on your product, so that I know to never purchase anything from you again.

I purchased $7,500 worth of furniture from Telescope Casual Furniture in November 2021 through one of their local dealers. The lead time for delivery was 28 weeks which would put delivery in June. I just received delivery of the final pieces of the order on September 23, one of which was the dining table without the use of which made the previously delivered dining chairs pretty much worthless. I had no usable furniture for the entire summer season. The company blames supply shortages, labor shortages and a large volume of orders. While I understand the pandemic created supply chain issues beyond Telescope's control, they do control their order volume which has clearly impacted their ability to even come close to meeting already extended delivery dates. While they may make a quality product, their customer service in meeting already long delivery dates is terrible. Beware - if you special order their furniture, prepare to wait a long time for delivery.

I'm so disappointed in my recent purchase of the Wexler MGP collection coffee table and end table. As a family, we have previously had a great experience with out telescope furniture looking great for decades! Not so with this collection. I've had the end table for one month. The top is totally scratched! I did have a smooth bottom planter on it for 2 weeks and when I removed it the top was totally scratched. I'm afraid to even put anything on the coffee table. This furniture is not cheap, but I've always been willing to pay for quality. Customer Service/ Warranty just recommended Mother's plastic polish. They said, that is what they use. I spent over$3,000 for this collection. Save your money!

What a Joke "Producing Quality Furniture in the USA - Since 1903". Cushion that is falling apart. Just returning from Florida and placing our Telescope Casual furniture on the porch and found this issue with a cushion cover. One seat cushion, from the two seat glider. This glider has hardly been used, it is kept inside during the winter months and it is positioned on the front covered outside porch, very little sun and no weather exposure. This furniture is just 18 months old and I am very disappointed, this will be the second issue with covers. We went to the extra expense of purchasing quality furniture and just seems to be poor quality cushions covers. Not Worth the Money Spent. I contacted both the manufacturer and retailer and both were unwilling to back their product. This is very disappointing considering the investment that was made. I DO NOT recommend purchasing the Telescope Furniture.

Spent $1200 on a telescope marine grade polymer rectangular patio table. Scratched within first month of owning. There are surface scratches all over it now after a couple months of using. I use placemats and tablecloths. But now they tell me I still have to be careful! Who wants an out door table at the beach that you have to be careful with?? Telescope won't do anything except tell me what type of plastic polish to buy. Horrible product. Horrible customer service. Non existent, really. I would never have bought this table had I know I have to baby it. I told the local dealer to stop carrying Telescope. My friend's inexpensive table from Walmart looks 10 times Better. Don't buy unless you want to spend your summer yelling at people not to set anything - even a coffee cup -- on the table.

Excellent quality patio furniture. 200 year anniversary. Parking lot under construction but worth the hunt to find this gem.

The following represents my experience with ordering from Telescope Furniture. Hopefully, your experience is different. Ordered a bunch of furniture way back at the beginning of May. Was given an excessively long lead time for middle of August due to covid, which was fine. Now we're in middle of September and still nothing. My understanding is they have most of it done and are sitting on it even though there is no date for the last few pieces. Here we sit with an empty room and Telescope has zero plans to send our furniture. If you have a choice, order from someone else that actually cares about customers. EDIT Sept 27 - Heard from Telescope. Turns out, pretty much none of the furniture is done. So the earlier update appears to be what I would call a lie. New date is early November but even that they don't know, its just a new guess. Can't hep but wonder if I'll have in by next year.
