“Our alternator went out while driving through Granville on Memorial Day. We were stuck in an unfamiliar town, hoping the one auto shop around would be able to help us. The next morning, brought the car in and the staff at Warner’s got the part ordered right away and were able to fit the repair in their busy post-holiday weekend schedule, for a very fair price. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and made what felt initially like a great misfortune feel like a brush with good luck.”

“I will be using their service from now on. I have a terrible driveway that I tend to get stuck in with my old 2WD car. I called them and they were out in a few minutes. Guy got out and was friendly and efficient, and the pricing was completely fair for the service provided. Got my car out quick enough I could still get groceries afterwards before it got dark. My insurance roadside could never be this quick and easy. Thanks.”

“I’ve used Smith Street Auto multiple times for automotive work and have consistently had a positive experience. Jared and his team are friendly, straightforward, and easy to work with. They communicate clearly, do quality work, and have always treated me fairly. I appreciate having a dependable shop I can trust and would gladly recommend them to others.”
