When get pkgs get delivered they don’t bring it to the door or hang it from mailbox. My son was home yesterday and she put pkg on door of mailbox and was to big and dropped to the ground and that’s were at Sat not cool . It’s a Christmas present that hope it not broke .

We don't get mail on trash day. The trash bins are on the other side of the driveway from the mailbox. He's lazy and if you call to complain they just hang up on you. If I could give 0 stars I would

The mail delivery service has been absolutely dreadful if it’s the woman delivering it. She will hang packages off the mailbox that are to big or hanging in the rain when we have a box by our door for deliveries. She refuses to deliver items by saying lies (like my mailbox is full, or my mailbox is inaccessible- my mailbox is right off the road and is checked every day and cleaned around in winter so there should be no problem). We are expecting to have a delivery a certain day and it’s never that day because she doesn’t feel like. This is the worst customer service I ever had.
