The attitude is very bad. I don't know what happened to cause the charging cable to not work. I asked for a replacement. This is the only time I asked for a replacement of the charging cable in all the times I came here. The attitude of the staff was very bad. They refused to replace it and were impatient. They thought I broke the charging cable and asked for a new one. If you employees don't want to do it, just go away.

Scam Artists - Stay Far Away from This Store!
I went to the AT&T Store at 47 Northern Blvd, Great Neck, NY 11021 for a simple phone upgrade, and what I got was pure dishonesty. The sales rep added an extra line to my account just to make a commission, which I confirmed with AT&T corporate. They lied about my bill going down with promotions, but instead, it doubled from $180 to $350. To top it off, they told me adding an Apple Watch would be $1/month—it’s actually $11!
The agent had the nerve to admit this store has done this repeatedly. I don’t know how they’re even allowed to continue operating under AT&T’s name. Now I’m stuck with a huge bill and wasted hours making phone calls to corporate to fix their mess.
These people are dishonest, manipulative, and completely unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from these scammers.

I visited this AT&T location to make some adjustments to our phone plans. I presented my DD214 USAF veteran document to obtain a discount. I also got assistance removing my Honda from my listed devices. While there I explored AT&T home internet service. A young man named Tony was very helpful and we accomplished all the transactions. AT&T home internet service is not currently available in our location. I’m hoping it will be coming soon so I can drop the hammer on Optimum!

Hello! I’m glad there’s a store 15 mins away from me and the customer service is amazing. I’ve been a few times and I’m glad that they take care of you. I have a Retail store 5 mins away from where I live and maybe 1 person knows what they’re doing. After the store went from an actual AT&T store with great customer service, to a retail store, it’s never been the same.
All the employees that used to work there at Floral Park store, few years back were the best, and it was always busy, full of customers, customers were happy because the employees care. Now, they try to give you excuses and maybe on a good day you will get someone to help.
Hopefully they can change this and also, fix the problem with the signal, called failed.

had a great experience at this store recently, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Harrison. He was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. Whether I had questions or needed assistance with my account, Harrison made sure everything was taken care of efficiently and with a friendly attitude. His dedication to getting the work done right made my visit smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Harrison if you need assistance!

I never actually went here: instead someone hijacked my SIM from this store. Leaving a survey as prompted by AT&T from their SMS survey. Not great for me, but if I were a fraudster, probably would be a five star rating.

I was a T-Mobile customer for a decade and changed over to AT&T a little over a year ago. This cell phone reception / service is absolutely horrendous. I regret everyday switching from To Mobile. Once my phone is paid off I will leave AT&T. Do research before you make the switch.
