Johnny, one of the owners gave us a reasonable cost for the repair. The repair was done in a very timely manner. We were extremely pleased with the result. “Honestly surprised this place has bad ratings, but I do have a Volvo not a Volkswagen. I've brought my used 2003 Volvo here twice. Once for an airbag recall and then for my state inspection. Both times I got a same day or next day appointment and I had Giuseppe as my service advisor who's really sweet! I had a later appointment my first time and they weren't sure if they could do the recall replacement same day but they got it done and did a complimentary inspection since I had just bought the car from the original owner. When I came yesterday for my yearly inspection I had just got a new battery put in and they let me leave and put miles on the battery and come back same day the inspection was done within a couple hours. They also provide free Lyft to and from the station and the location is really clean! Labor is super expensive if you need repairs, but that's to be expected with the type of business. I think the issue is buying Volkswagens- not this service station.”
“I took my car to Norman collision works after i got into an accident a few years ago. I remembered my insurance at the time giving me a hard time to declare it totaled and a Norman's employee broke the details down to the insurance adjuster and explained why the car should be totaled. Eventually the adjuster agreed. I was glad Norman's went above and beyond to ensure that customers safety are the main priority, not saving a few bucks. Definitely recommend them for all car body works and accidents”
