“I came for service and paid so much for it, but the wipers were not even checked. Also the next service I was told would be an expensive one..so why not tell all this in advance so we could have done the big service together. We were told After the service was done. This is not good.”

“Honestly surprised this place has bad ratings, but I do have a Volvo not a Volkswagen. I've brought my used 2003 Volvo here twice. Once for an airbag recall and then for my state inspection. Both times I got a same day or next day appointment and I had Giuseppe as my service advisor who's really sweet! I had a later appointment my first time and they weren't sure if they could do the recall replacement same day but they got it done and did a complimentary inspection since I had just bought the car from the original owner. When I came yesterday for my yearly inspection I had just got a new battery put in and they let me leave and put miles on the battery and come back same day the inspection was done within a couple hours. They also provide free Lyft to and from the station and the location is really clean! Labor is super expensive if you need repairs, but that's to be expected with the type of business. I think the issue is buying Volkswagens- not this service station.”
