“If God were a Mercedes Benz mechanic, his name would be "Willy". Willy tells it like it is. If you don't want to hear" the truth", don't take your car to Willy. He is a serious mechanic with at least two generations of experience with Mercedes Benz. He fixes them all. He's honest and trustworthy. I took my 2012 SL63 AMG to him on a flat bed tow truck. To car dealers, seeing a car on a tow truck alone means big $$$. Willy, due to his substantial experience and honesty, diagnosed the problem as a series of broken drive belt pulleys that simply wore out and the serpentine belt shredded while I was driving 65+ MPH in 90+ degree heat. The power steering went out, the ABC suspension left the car 5" above the ground and the car overheated. The instrument cluster went totally "screaming red". Willy could have charged me a fortune. He fixed the car while I waited. He charged me for the belt drive and serpentine belt and replaced the fluids. He could have told me anything and I would have paid. I love my car! After the job was done, he had me start the car, it instantly rose back to its correct level and not one instrument cluster light came on. It drives like new. All I can tell you is, this guy knows his stuff! From now on, if either of my Mercedes Benz AMG cars are in need of a mechanic, even if I have to drive from the moon, I'm driving to Willy's. He's not flashy. He's just worth his weight in gold! Don't waste your time with anybody else!”

“I leased my car from Gold Coast in 2020 and recently bought it off lease. Service has always been excellent and they throw in some extras like free NYS inspections if you bought or leased the car there and they washed/vacuumed it after my last service appointment.I had accumulated some curb rash in the three years and even though my wheel policy expired in a few days, they took care of everything with no out of pocket and I didn't have to deal with third parties. They had it repaired when I left the car for regular service. Nice job too, I can't see where the curb rash was. All in all excellent service.Service: General repairs & maintenance”
“About 20 minutes into a 5 hour drive, one of my tires decided to give up on me. I’m in the middle of nowhere, totally freaking out. As if by divine intervention I accidentally came across Mavis and they took me in right away and changed my two front tires. It was quick, reasonably priced and the staff were so supportive!
