I’ve been here a few times for various reasons like oil changes, inspections, and random issues with my car. I’ve always been treated respectfully and fairly and the prices seem reasonable. They have always been prompt with their work and I would highly recommend to others.

Refused to give price for timing belt/water pumpo replacement over the phone. Told me I have to bring the car in for them to give me a price. Shady. It's a standard job, like an oil change. There is no reason to withhold price.

Professional work every time, and customer loyalty rewarded. Highly recommended body shop. Read all the excellent reviews about Auto Repair of Great Neck so I brought my car to them.The reviews were wholly justified as The staff were a pleasure to deal with.They were patient, professional and answered all my questions throughout the process. Couldn't ask for nicer people.The work done was excellent and there was no sign the car had suffered any damage at all. Work was also done in half of the initial estimated time. AUTO REPAIR OF GREAT NECK IS THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS.

I came here not knowing anything about the body shop process and the team at Auto Repair of Great Neck answered every questioned I asked them. They made me feel reassured. The work done on my car is EXCELLENT. Like nothing ever happened. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.

I came to this Shop to get an Oil change and Tire rotation, they were very honest to notify me about changing the air filter . They also checked all fluids . Very happy about my visit. We need more people like these Folks
