this branch was offering very bad service. when I wan to wire the money from my own account , the manager asked me to give her 3 pieces of my ID to prove me is ME!! They like to protect themselves by do nothing for their customers

I waited for a long time but no one asked if I needed help. Usually banks have a front desk I see here have one. If I didn't ask the one worker if someone could help me, I wouldn't know how long I would have to wait. They are too inefficient, not as good as Chase Bank.
