I inquired about a 2016 BMW 535i Xdrive they had for sale on Autotrader. I spoke to someone in the pre-owned department.I had a missed call from a Beiner Audi from a few hours previously and explained to him that I thought I had the wrong number. He then snapped and said," yea we're the same company"- as if I'm supposed to know that being 1200 miles away. I then wanted to discuss the out the door price since I was interested in wiring the funds on Monday since today was a Saturday, as well as a National Holiday. He snapped again and said that " we don't discuss out the door prices over the phone." I then said,"okay", and he quickly hung up the phone. Guess i'll look for another 535i closer to me.

The service department here is top notch. Grace is superb at her job - polite, professional and extremely courteous. Will be returning for sure. Everyone here is great. Would give 10 stars if I could ?

Had a great experience at Audi Great Neck for some warranty work. Getting and appointment and loaner was seamless, my service advisor Matt was communicative and all work was completed as quickly as possible.

Walked in looking to purchase a new auto. Was greeted by a very nice man who asked if I needed help . I told him I did, he called over a salesman (maybe George) who was kind of annoyed. I explained I was looking to spend from 50 to 60k and inquired about the electric cars. He stated I was in the wrong dealership.Wow I thought. He took me to the car and let me sit in I. I asked him how much would it cost to get it out the door. He stated we don't do that here! I said you don't sell cars? He said at least 70k. With a puss on his face. I didn't ask about other options or cars and just left.Terrible salesman

I brought my Audi A6 in for a recall. When they didn’t have the recall part, they scheduled an appointment where Audi Great Neck would come to my house to install the part, rather than having to drive back to the Dealership. Tha Service Mgr made the suggestion without any prompting from me. The Service Scheduler, who was very amenable on the phone, called me when the part came in & the visit was scheduled. The Technician came exactly at the scheduled time & completed the repair expeditiously. I was completing satisfied. I have been buying Audi’s from this dealership for almost 25 years & they have always given me Superior Service ! I will buy my next Audi from them.

Ok place to buy on-site, not so good online. I was told all weather mats were in place. Cargo area was not.$165. I was not told there was just one key. $675. Scratches were never disclosed.. Received wrong owners manual and was told they’d send a replacement. That was a month ago. Their assistance with shipping is terrible. Good cars, fair prices.

Outstanding service and even nicer sales associates. Very hard to come by in the car business to find true genuine sales department that’s there to help the customer and pick the correct options rather than care about price or overcharging you for anything. Sales manager Andrew Russo is fantastic and have dealt with him for quite a number years and has always been a gentleman. Sales associate Pierre was honest and a real car guy. Happy I made the right choice with this dealership and Pierre .

After being a Lexus driver for 10 years I walked into Audi of Great Neck just to see what other options were out there. Right away we were greeted and welcomed in - test drove a Q5 within minutes. We were then introduced to Mike who made us feel welcome and went over my options. The car speaks for itself but the process was seamless, I drove my new Audi home a week later. I love this car and could not be happier. The easiest most stress free experience. Highly recommend and already have!

I recently purchased a brand new Audi S3 (2023) from Audi Great Neck. I dealt with the salesman Michael Abu and the general manager Leo Menuzzo. Let's start off with how professional and courteous everyone was when I entered the showroom. Of course at any dealership this is to be expected, however here was different. No one was pressuring me into sitting down right away so they could make a sale and no one was trying to rush me in and out. The woman at the front desk allowed me to look around a bit while she got me in touch with a salesperson and she even asked what my preferences were for my ideal car so she could have the salesperson show me cars more in line with my taste. I was lucky enough to be paired with Michael Abu. When I tell you this man went above and beyond to get me any and every deal on my new car, it's not an understatement. He even had me sit down with the general manager himself (Leo Menuzzo). All three of us talked as if we were childhood friends in Leo's office. Coincidentally we are all into cars and we're talking about our favorite cars, ones that we've owned and ones we would love to own in the future. Michael Abu has even reached out to me a few times since I've purchased the car to make sure everything has been going well and that I am still happy. Never has a salesperson ever reached out after the sale has been made but Michael Abu did. The team over at Audi Great Neck is incredible and you would be silly to look for a great luxury car anywhere else.

Bought a used 2016 Audi 3 months ago. Sales person Kit showed us it was serviced, oil change was done and battery inspected 1 month before we bought it. The battery died twice already. I had the car towed and now they want to charge over $600 for a new battery. Tried calling the sales person, he wasn't answering my calls. I called from another # and he answered right away. Told me he would speak with his manager and call me back in 15 min. It's been almost 3 hours. I called and asked to speak with the Manager and got transferred to a line that just rang. They're dishonest and they don't do right by their customers. I asked for a breakdown of the cost. The battery is $220 and everything else is labor. The cost of the battery is standard, no complaints there but the customer service is horrible. I would never buy another car here or take my car to get serviced.
