let me start off by saying biener ford is full of a bunch of unprofessional, condecending, gaslitting people i have ever dealt with as a consumer. beiner ford does not care about there customers, from the bottom all the way up to the owner. my tow truck has been there for 2 years and counting. i have called and texted the new manager leo beyond multiple times. he is never available or able to speak and i am always told to leave a message that is never returned. i have even went pyschally to the dealership to only be told lies from whomever leo sends out to "handle" me. i make a payment on this truck every month for it to sit there. ford blew the motor on my truck and now they have no idea what is wrong, nor do they know how to fix it. they do not have certified mechanics. for future refrence and for you're own good i would bypass this dealerat all costs. you will be saving yourself a great deal of aggervation and stress. please do not make the same mistake i did and go somwhere were the workers actually care for the customers and understand the importance of relaible and trustworthy care. below is a photo of the carelessness, distructive and lack of respect this company has shown on my $100,000.00 vehcile.

Unprofessional and scam artist would be a few words to use to describe beiner ford. I brought my car in with a transmission issue, they informed me it would be 1-2 weeks to check on the car. I waited and received $7,000 in issues that needed to be fixed. one of witch was almost $4,000 to replace the clutch witch is $2,000 more then any other shop. The one item under warranty was a TCM for the transmission. I asked to for that to be fixed and nothing else. This was proceeded by no response for two weeks after texting and calling many times. I called to speak to anyone and the assistante would inform me no one was working at the moment or that she would speak to them and leave a note to get back to me. I finally spoke to a different service rep and he informed me that they would install the TCM. a week later I get a text just stating they wont install the TCM since the clutch is not working so it cant be calibrated. I've had enough since they could have said that weeks ago. my only option is to pay 4k to fix my insured option. I said im taking my car to a transmission shop to double check there insufficient work. they informed me driving the car off the lot would not be advisable and i would be responsible for any issues. they repeated this in text and person. once I started the car my check engine light was gone and the car ran with no issues, Some how only the right side of my speakers work now which was not an issue when i brought it in but im not letting them touch my car again to figure that one out since i would like it fixed sometime this year. I brought it to a transmission shop, they proceeded to drive and inspect the vehicle and found 0 issues with the TCM, Clutch or any part of the car. since then I have been driving it with zero issues. Since clutches cant fix themselves I am left to assume beiner reset my error code and realized it was fixed and was trying to find any way to squeeze money out of me. There lack of response over text/Phone or any way of communication is so sub par i'm not sure how they run a business even with over a month to look at my car and reply to my many calls/texts. The fact that they gave zero effort to fixing my car and i paid them $190 to do an incomplete check since my horn needs to be replaced and they never even quoted me on that. The only time they would reply is to quote me obscene prices and lie about what's wrong with my vehicle to get out of fixing a warranty issue that ford messed up. They should be ashamed of this, because i cant believe the amount of people who might trust them just to get robbed blindly. Please be careful if you choose this dealer. This will be the last ford or related vehicles i ever by again. If i could give 0 stars i would.

Fantastic. Highly recommended. Great customer service. Fair, honest and transparent. My daughter purchased her first car from Biener Ford, and we are now loyal customers. Not only did they make purchasing the car a great experience, but their service department is wonderful. Even though we live in New Jersey, we now make the drive out to Biener Ford for service and sales as we know we can trust them.

so disappointed at Biener Ford. I came in yesterday to get both of my headlights replaced. I was told only one was in stock and the other would be ordered for next day install. I have all of my information and schedule an appointment. When I arrived the following day, I was told that I wasn't in the system. I gave all of my information again. Chris, the assistant manager then proceed to tell me that they are going to run a full diagnostic on my car to determine the problem to which I said why run diagnostics when I just need new headlights. His response of this is hiw we do I didn't work for me so I spoke Luke, the manager. Luke at least said they can do the light bulbs without a full diagnostic but then when Chris called the parts department, we found out the parts weren't ordered!!! Chris also told me to go to Ace Hardware store. Such a poor way to treat a loyal Ford customer. Moral of the story is don't bother with Biener Ford, just go straight to a parts department store and work it out yourself.

Refused to allow me to test drive a car. Additionally, told me I was looking at a markup of over $12K. Tesla is right, straight to consumer is the best way!

Brought my leased Ford explorer in because I was getting 4WD system fault messages. Scheduled through the FordPass app, brought the car in at 8am, opted in for an oil change, tire rotation, and filter replacement. Prices were reasonable enough. I was told the car would be ready same day or the next day and it ended up ready by 2pm same day. The fix was quick, easy, and definitely easy on the pocket. This certainly may not apply to all maintenance needs, but the entire experience was seamless, staff was helpful and friendly, and I will certainly return for service in the future.

When a business has ONLY 1 star and 5 star reviews, that is a clear indicator they bought the positive reviews. Their staff is extremely lazy, rude, inconsiderate, and foul-mouthed. Do everyone a favor and go ANYWHERE else.

Had a excellent buying experience with Frank Garcia. They had the vehicle I wanted, only 1 in that color combination with the options really wanted within 100 miles of my home town. Frank was always responsive to inquires extremely timely. Once arrived for pickup the processing by the rest of the team was prompt! No BS when going into Finance with Benny! Can't ask for much more than that and I am very pleased with my purchases and even 2 hours from home if in the market for another Ford would reach out to the team at Biener promptly.

Called to confirm a vehicle availability, indicated interest and was willing to close a deal, and told them I was going to drive 2.5 hours to do a test drive and close a deal. They wait until we sit down post test drive to tell us there's a $3000 markup. Waste of time and money, most scum tactics I've ever seen. Lost my business and a waste of my and my mother's time. If you want someone who's gonna treat you with an ounce of respect, decency, and fairness, take your business elsewhere.

Be very wary of making a reservation to have your Ford serviced here. This is the 3rd time we are told they can't give us the car back until the following day. This notification always is communicated late in the afternoon even though the car was left there before 9AM or even 7AM. This time the reason given was that they had a carryover from the previous day so they did not even have a chance to look over the car problem. The previous time it was because they could not get a part until the following day. But that was hours after they told me what parts were needed and their cost. There is apparently no coordination between inventory and the service order dept. The first time, the car was also held over because they did not have the necessary part. All 3 instances happened within a period of 6 months in 2021. So I would not recommend having a car serviced here if you need it back the same day. None of the repairs were major.

I went to buy a car and the price listed online was NOT the true price when I walked in. They came up with a story and added 4,000 to the price. Very unprofessional. They said this is 19,000 even though clearly not Listed that way. BE CAREFUL!

I made an appointment to see a car and showed up a few minutes early. Walking to the door, a salesman was kind enough to open the door for me. That was the last pleasant experience I had at Biener Ford. I went to what looked like a waiting area. I saw someone I believed was a salesman and as I approached, he began thoroughly inspecting some chairs. I then walked to what looked like a welcome desk, though there was no one there to welcome me. I stood there as several workers walked around, some came to the desk to grab keys or binders, others passed in front of me to go on a smoke break. Anyone whose direction I looked in, looked away, like people went out of their way to not make eye contact with me. I left after 40 minutes with not one employee acknowledging me. I'm happy with the car I bought somewhere else. I see the car I was there to see still hasn't been sold
