Had a flat tire and no spare. Called AAA and they towed me to this facility. The manager on duty was very kind and ordered an OEM replacement tire. The work was well done and surprisingly quick.

This place is a scam. The lady in front of me was also there for an annual inspection, and the mechanic brought out a list of six things to replace. She ended up being told to change her wiper blades and air filter, even though she insisted they had been replaced recently. When it was my turn, they told me that my new 2023 car needed four new tires or it wouldn’t pass inspection. This was my first and last time at this shop—I did not get my inspection done there. Do go there.

I will never set foot in this place again, I went to have my car inspected, my new 2024 car and the mechanic wanted to change two tires, even though my tires were new, new car, this place is ridiculous, I don't recommend it to anyone, if you see the message don't set foot in this place, it's terrible, they think we're idiots.

I've been coming to this spot for gas for so many years! They don't charge the Credit Card upcharge so it has many loyal customers.

I have 2018 lexus gsf with 25% black tint on rear. I tried to do state inspection, but the guy in the office said I can't because of tint. Can you educate your workers about NY regulations because you are losing money. I went to another shop, and with zero issues, I passed the inspection . New york regulations: Back Side Windows on Sedans: Must allow more than 70% of light in. On SUVs: Any darkness can be used. Rear Window: Any darkness can be used.

Good but prices are more than others. It's expected though since on a major road.

Unreliable. The crew didn't even try to help. I was asking if someone can check why I'm having an engine warning, he told me that they only have one mechanic point blank and continue texting! Very rude!

Pumps are sometimes a hit or miss, especially if you are trying to use tap payment. If you use tap payment on the wrong pump there it will make that credit card get declined if you then try to insert.

Put My Life In Danger! Not recommend this mechanic. If your car needs to be fixed, go to any others. Not here!!!They said I have to change my brakes to pass the inspection. After I cost 650 dollars, I heard wierd sound from my left front wheel. Then I went back, and they said nothing wrong, heard nothing. So I went to another store, the mechanic there said he is sure there's something wrong with the brake. I go back to this BP, and they said, nothing wrong with my brake. If I want to check, I have to drop my car there for at least 2 hours! And they also said the sound is from my struts, which will cost me 950 dollars to change, which includes 450 dollars of labor.I went to third mechanic, he opened my tire. It is obviously the problem of my brake, there is no screws on the brake. Look at my brake pad, they are ruined in 1 week, because there's no screw!!! I would have hit to the wall to the side of the street, to other people in any sec!!!The mechanics in bp station insisted on the problem of my struts without even checking it!!!Other mechanics from other two places told me the same thing, something is wrong with your brake!!! You decide where you will repair your car. I tried my best!!!
