Capital One Bank provides helpful and nice staff who do a wonderful job. Associates are professional, kind, knowledgeable, and informative, guiding customers to choose banking products to fit their needs. The branch is open with services both inside and through a drive-through, and it has a parking lot. Customers report zero wait time or being helped right away, even for services like setting up accounts, wire transfers, or notary needs after closing hours. Many were pleasantly surprised and very satisfied, highly recommending the branch.
