“my Acura MDX windshield had a crack. This replacement experience took a lot longer than anticipated, but my overall review is still a 5 star. On Day 1, I took my car into Safeline Great Neck at 9:30am, around 4pm I had to call the Safeline Customer care instead of the actual Great Neck shop as it's local phone were not listed, so please expect this; the windshield was replaced, but the calibration on the sensors did not pass. I made a second appointment to bring the car back on a Saturday 8:30am, they spent 3 hours and could NOT pass this calibration, bummer. But I do know they tried and drove around my car for quite while testing/calibrating for a least 20+ miles to no avail. The manager on the shop recommended I come back 5 days later when a new windshield is ordered so this can be replaced and calibrated. 5 days later, I dropped off the car at 9am, and got the great call of windshield replaced and calibration pass around 2:30pm. This took quite some days, but I appreciate their honesty and professionalism to handle this properly. My one advise is that you do not want to wait in the shop, it is likely that the 3 hours advertised in Safeline website is seldomly doable, just go home and wait for the call back.”
“They occasionally have the lowest price for gas. My visit was quick, easy and hassle free. I got the lowest priced gas in my 30 mile radius. Also, it was well lit with a night time attendant.”
