I would give zero stars if possible. I needed to open an estate account. The person at the desk was clueless. This branch could care less if you have an account. They are not here to help you. Poorly run branch. Avoid!!

Chase in general makes it almost impossible to contact any branch for questions. They are one of the most consumer unfriendly company that there is, forcing people to actually travel to the bank, when a call would do.

Jack Yuan is the man. I spoke with four other Chase employees both at corporate and at local branches who didn't have a solution to my very frustrating problem, and I was this close to switching banks. I was lucky enough to get Jack on the phone who not only fixed my payroll issue, but also was super kind and friendly. Best relationship banker! Thank you, Jack, you saved me so much stress. Everyone go see him because he has comprehensive knowledge and makes it seamless and fast.

Very rude people horrible service first time been there there's going to be the last time ever They don't even speak English well I was so surprise of this people they don't even know how to check ID for customers so call the supervisor of the bank and 3 other employees came to look at that New Jersey ID They couldn't figured out what it is I don't know who hired them to work for that bank I wait more than 30 minutes just to check the ID and the answer from them was that sorry we cannot help you And so-called supervisor said that I don't know how to check this NJ ID this is the worst experience i ever had whith the Chase customer service specially with this Asian nonspeaking English employees but the good thing is that I don't go there often happen to go there because I was visiting relatives close by The area

Horrible service at the teller. The teller girl called the client before me was wired after that client left. When it's my turn she was rude and inpatient with me because I have multiple accounts and she couldn't located the right one. It's my first time here and will be my last time too. Hopefully chase middle neck can train their employees better, or maybe time to switch to another bank...

Dear Chase, You are my favorite bank, but please train your tellers properly. Make sure they LISTEN to clients NOT just HEAR.. There were 3 tellers only 1 customer..I was turned away by a teller who did not understand that there could be multiple names under the same account..Didn't bother explaining the stuff that she should've known better than me, walked away...I will continue to use the other 2 great neck locations even though they are busier but worth the wait. Never had a problem until this recent encounter... You can be better Chase!

Awesome Bank and very convenient branch. Open on Sundays! Very friendly staff. Has plenty of parking on the side and rear of building.
