My money in the bank was stolen, and I spent a year and a half calling their customer service to get it back! It took me 2 hours each time to repeat all the questions with customer service from different departments! Still no solution yet! Until today when I arrived here, Shuhan Yang talked with the customer service for more than an hour attentively. During the process, she was really considerate of her customers! Hope the result is wonderful! Highly recommend her services!

I have been a client for 20 years with multiple accounts and never had a problem until this branch got a branch manager Andy Sharma he is confrontational and rude no HELP at all I will take my business elsewhwre

Thankfully I had a very different experience than what bad reviewers experienced. Once I needed to get something notarized. I was greeted by an employee as soon as I entered, who directed me to the right person to help. Another time I went with a friend who needed to apply for a credit card. Even though it was close to closing time, we were greeted and assisted. I missed the name of the person who greeted us, but the person who helped with our needs was Jesse. I was pretty happy both times. Maybe it’s hit or miss, but I’ve had only positive experiences so far at this preferred branch.

Honestly, I would rate zero star if I can. It was by far the most terrible experience I've had at Chase. The lady was impatient and condescending. When I confronted her by asking: "are you treating me like this because of my race?" She burst out laughing and asked me if I'm done. Very humiliating!!

Makes you wait and waste your time, if it’s have a seat it’ll be 10-15 minutes think …a complete and utter waste your time. Go to the other branch or banks

They give new meaning to "customer service" - i am not sure how/where they find these people but they clearly scrape some barrel and then train them in how to be as unhelpful and unfriendly as possible. Business schools should do a case study on this place as how NOT to run a business.

Eric Blitzer is amazing and we completely trust him with everything for our mortgage loan. He has made this process, which is very fast paced because of the market, as seamless as possible. I’ve called him panicked and stressed because of deadlines. He answers everything honestly, professionally, and very intelligently. You will never end a phone call worried or stressed; he takes care of everything. Quickest response time with communication, just so happy! He works so hard it’s incredible.

First no one pick up the phones during business hours. Second, the staffs have language barrier and keep transferring your call because they don't know what to do. Last but not the least, they couldn't even take care a minor thing - they never call you back when they promised... Very unprofessional and disappointed service.

They never take care of your needs or answer calls also a lot of the staff don't even understand English i went to open a checking account instead i got a prepaid card ! Never again chase really needs to get this branch together !!!!
