Can't get the branch on the telephone can't get service when you want it. The bank is located in a primary but other than walking in you cannot reach them by phone.

John Marino is the best banker out there. I’ve worked with him for years. He truly cares about you and your business. I would highly recommend working with him in Great Neck. Also, the entire staff and management at that branch are excellent and always makes you feel like family.

Because this branch is close to my office, for convenience I attempt to deposit checks here. The ATM is broken at least 50% of the time. That is no lie. I mean come on, you are a bank! There is no reason you cannot adequately service the single ATM machine that you have available or replace if it continually fails. In any case, you will stop wasting the time of a loyal Chase customer. I fault the management of this branch. They should be insisting that it be repaired.

Thanks for being so helpful & patient with me this past week. This location is located conveniently across from my PT. Its also located pretty close to Peter Luger's Steakhouse - In case you need to pull out some emergency cash to pay your bill. :-) Plenty of Parking or You can pull right up on Northern Blvd - They have a nice ATM Machine as well. Overall - Again, Bankers are smiling and very polite, helpful and friendly - unlike some of the other locations - such as the ones in the Bayside, Queens Area. Donatella Castellano is the Branch Manager. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone in this branch is polite and treats you like an important person who matters. This goes a long way for me.

The banker here clearly doesn't know what he's talking about. I went into the bank because I wanted to know what I should do with my Sapphire Preferred now that I received approval for a Sapphire Reserve. I did a few research online by myself before going to the bank. When I asked what I should do, he basically told me to just spend the $4,000 first and receive the bonus amount on the Reserve first then call the number on the back of the card. I was like ok... then I proceeded to asking him if the $300 travel credit was calendar year and he said no,I you don't get the travel credit this year and it's up to $300 not over. CLEARLY I know it's $300... So I asked if the annual fee is going to be charged when you're enrolled or based on calendar year and he said there's no annual fee. So I asked him so there's no annual fee the first year for the reserve too? He's like yeah. But clearly online it says you pay the $450 annual fee during the first month billing and etc... This visit was NOT helpful at all, not to mention that he sounded pretty rude when talking to me. So who am I suppose to trust? The website or the banker? Clearly the website since the employees aren't being properly trained.
