I printed my passport photo here, the staff was so impatient and unprofessional, it took them an hour to download the photo (just a simple passport photo) and they told me to print it somewhere else, they have so many professional machines, but they have such impatient and unprofessional staff

I purchased a Macy’s gift card and was charged immediately, but the card was never loaded with any funds!
After reaching out to customer service multiple times, no resolution—just delays and generic responses. It’s incredibly frustrating to be charged for something that doesn’t work, especially when it’s meant as a gift! Completely unacceptable and disappointing. I will not be purchasing gift cards from this company again!

Placed an order for a picture I had printed,got an email saying they would notify me when it was printed,no response this was on saturday so 4 days and i also called the photo department with absolutely no response

I needed razor blades nearby CVS still didn't have a week after I asked the first time. But this CVS had them And clerk got them for me. Can't see why these giant stores don't get restocked more than weekly or every 20 days. But kudos to the clerk.

Avoid this place as much as possible. They need to shut down, no workers whoever does work doesnt know anything just a waste of time.

I called the pharmacy to put an order for a patient I was on hold 20 minutes then the pharmacy technician picked up. I chance called so many Rx for this patient in past to the same store but she kept telling me she can’t find the patient and she put me on hold again and after 20 minutes she never pick up

Still on hold to get to the pharmacy, but when you opt to be a healthcare provider you get immediate access for a staff to pick up.
