The staff member who helped me with my rental contract was great! Very helpful and her customer service was excellent. However, the car was filthy inside and out and the gas tank was empty. I made my reservation weeks in advance.

This is a fast no nonsense establishment. Very friendly crew that goes a very long way these days when everyone is mean and cruel to each other.
