This is the most rubbish Alfa Romeo repair shop! The quality of the repairs is very low! Never come here! Low class! You are not worthy of repairing Alfa Romeo. I hope it will close soon!

I had my vehicle serviced today at Champion Maserati service and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. They quickly assessed my car after I gave details of my issue and in less than 10 mins my vehicle was fixed. I was in complete disbelief, the technicians are very knowledgeable, skilled and executed the issue with precision, ensuring my car was in great hands. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable service and exceptional customer care. They ‘re organized and respect their customers time which I can truly appreciate, first class service all the way. I will definitely be returning for future maintenance on both of my vehicles. Thank you guys for an awesome experience.

Service manager Chris was super helpful and kept me updated on my vehicles status as we awaited a part delivery. Very happy with all the staff at gold coast. Extremely nice people.

I recently had my Maserati Ghibli serviced at Gold Coast Maserati for an oil change. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The first time I visited, they damaged my dash cam, but I didn’t complain, assuming accidents happen and I was happy with the service. However, during my recent visit, they not only accessed my dash cam without permission but also deleted crucial footage. This footage was vital for a situation where a motorist on a scooter scratched my car, and I intended to use it as proof.
Moreover, I discovered an audio clip which was missed.....where they discussed overcharging someone for a bumper that was apparently stolen. (this was the conversation in the footage. No faces) This level of unprofessionalism and violation of trust is unacceptable.
On a once positive note, Chris, who assisted me with the service, was really good and effective. However, when I reached out to him about the issue, he called me once and after that, despite leaving several messages, he never called me back. This was very disappointing, especially since I have always liked going to this location.
I strongly advise anyone considering their services to be cautious and to ensure their personal property is respected.

Greg has been my service advisor for about a year now and he’s the greatest always! Friendly, honest and pleasant. He makes the experience so smooth you forget you’re there dealing with an issue.

I just wanted to thank the team at Gold Coast Maserati for treating me and my vehicle like a V.I.P. Greg the service manager was very helpful and knowledgeable about my vehicle. Greg scheduled my appointment early and my vehicle was immediately taken and brought into the shop. This was my first time at Gold Coast and I will definitely be coming back.
