Great staff. They really know what they are doing. Came in cause my oil filter blew up and leaked all my oil a day before my vacation. They were able to fix it up and I was able to bring my car for vacation. If you looking to get your car repaired right this is the place you need to go.

A/C Compressor in my civic stopped working a year ago and I got it repaired at Great Neck Auto. Everything was done by the book and left my car like an ice box for the summer and years to come. Everyone is friendly and are there to help you. Thanks again. Will come back.

They overcharge customers. I had a flat tire and all they did was patch it up. I usually know it costs $10 everywhere to patch a flat tire but to charge 40$$$ is absurd.

Have been coming in for at least 10 years now. Val and John and his team are great. Honest mechanics with a ton of experience especially if you have a higher end car/SUV. Fair price. Busy shop. So make appointment if at all possible.
