Poor service one person checking people in and drawing blood. I have never seen that before. Missed my meeting will never come back here. For the money they charge cooperate should hire. More people it’s a disgrace

I called a day ahead and I was informed by the recorded message that their timings are Monday to Friday from 7 am.
But surprisingly they opened at 8am.
I had a test that was needed to be done as early in the morning as possible so I traveled to this location from Flushing and it was a sour experience.

This is for 5600 Northern Blvd Great Neck location. Scheduling was a piece of cake. No wait time. The girl who took my blood did her job flawlessly. Easiest, painless, precise, least stressful and cleanest blood draw I've had in a long time.

The lab itself is efficient. However, parking is hell. They say there is additional parking below but don’t be fooled. Every space is cordoned off for valet. There is no way to park. I’ll never go back to this lab

The technician Michelle is amazing. I have very poor veins and she's very patient and a real professional. If she feels that the needle while drawing blood hurts the patient, she will immediately stop and make sure you're okay. 100% put my trust in her.

I was here twice in the last month and had a great experience both times. I didn't have an appointment but was seen within 10 minutes. I had blood drawn by Glennies and Kathy and they were both wonderful, kind and personable. Best of all, I didn't feel a thing when my blood was drawn.

Visit: July 1st, 2022I had missed my appointment at a different LabCorp location due to hours the day before and had tests I needed done after my appointment with my doctor. Through the app, I was easily able to schedule an appointment, taking into consideration this location's hours, and got the tests I needed done and with excellence.Though this location is small, it is absolutely evident upon my visit that everyone who works here takes cleaniness and safety seriously. It is also highly accessible, as well as an affirming safe space for lab tests for everyone, including transgender people such as myself, seeking care for their health.I was assisted by the front desk, from checking in for my appointment (which they even reached out to me about), to making payment, to administering the actual tests was done with the upmost respect, compassion and prime example of professional concern I hope to see in all labs and anyone involved in the medical field.Michelle, her other deskmate and the sanitation worker present went through the motions of their jobs but in such a way that it appeared to be like a passion-driven duty. I value ethics like this.Instructions were clear, conversation was pleasant, making payment for the appointment was efficient and the office, room and facilities I had to use were thoroughly sterilized.I trust this location with my care! Thank you for all of your hard work! I know it is not easy!

Best Lab experience I've had in several years. I especially liked the check-in process in which the patient inserted picture ID card, and each insurancecard front and back in a photo reading and interpreting machine taking much less time than any other medical lab or doctor's office I've been to and keeps all those cards from being handled by other humans

Absolutely amazing and efficient place! Highly recommend whenever you need your test done.Mashal, Kathy and Jacob are so kind and gentle.I had multiple tests done in the past two weeks and every time they were so helpful.I really appreciate the entire team!
