I joined August '22, dealing with lingering pain, spasms, and PTSD from ~20 years of Lyme disease that was misdiagnosed till 2016. I was sleeping 5-6 hours a night, depressed, not sure how I could survive another 6-12 months of harsh recovery. Therapy wasn't helping, and I needed relief from my stress and anxious thoughts. Long Island Meditation helped me find that.Even though I still had to deal with the same recovery process for my body, I was finally able to get rid of stressful thoughts and haunting images and feelings that seemed to follow me like a curse. I sleep 7-8 hours.Unlike other meditation methods that offer vague exercises and visualizations, Long Island Meditation teaches a regimented method that any student can follow and achieve enlightenment. It's a simple process that works naturally for everyone.Now my body is finally feeling healthier, and I am so grateful to be able to enjoy the improvements in my life moving forward, instead of being caught up in the past. Life seems happier, and even answers to big questions seem accessible. My name is Joel and I started back in November 2022. I started because the stressors of life have become stressful and made me anxious and I knew that I needed to do something about it. My girlfriend found this place and we both ended up joining together. I believe I have change greatly thus far for I feel like I have learned to take back control of my life and that the meditation method has helped me dearly and had made me change for the better. I am so grateful for my girlfriend for finding this place and as well as our Instructor Cindy who is amazing and has guided up towards the right path and the right direction towards the universe.

I have been to a few meditation centers in NY. I did like the ones I have been to and they were great. But this meditation center is great for all levels of meditators. They are open 7 days per week from 10am to 10pm except for some shorter hours on Sunday. It really fits my hectic schedule. I work 60 hours per week and this was the one meditation center that fit my schedule. They also guide the sessions and the method is super easy to follow.The atmosphere is peaceful yet upbeat and happy. The meditation guides are true experts and they really helped me with my meditation practice.This location is clean and neat and lots of friendly meditators as well. Highly recommend for the people who live in Long Island and Great Neck who want to continue their meditation journey or for those who are just starting out with meditation who needs guidance.I only wish it were closer to my home but I don't mind to drive 20 minutes to come here. The only other small downside is that you have to pay for parking. But it is relatively inexpensive.

Back in September this year, I was looking for a meditation center that would help me get into the habit of meditating and cope with stress. I searched on Google and found Long Island Meditation Center. From not meditating at all to now meditating on average 45 min a day, I have been feeling more positive and balanced. Thank you Cindy and other helpers for guiding my meditation!! I look forward to experiencing more benefits from learning this meditation method.

I was in search of anything to calm my racing mind which affects all aspects of my life I found this practice about 3 months ago . this experience has helped me so much in such a short amount of time I’m able so much now to understand that I am not my thoughts . Long Island Meditation is very nice and peaceful place that I can calm down my mind. Specially the location is very good to access easily from bus, train, car.The guide Cindy is a very cheerful lady and she always encourages me to move forward to the next step in my life.If you truly change your mind and improve your life, I strongly recommend that you should meet Cindy and start meditation in Long Island Meditation.There is nothing to lose!You will have huge benefits beyond your imagination!

I started with Long Island meditation in October of 2021, I have been soul searching for years really looking to be on the right path to enlightenment and purpose and I was lead to LI by a fellow member who introduced me to Cindy my meditation coach who is by far one of the most amazing people I’ve ever met! The universe has really guided her to help me clear my thoughts; thoughts that have been consuming me and the way I live my life for years. Once I started to do the meditations and use the method that they teach I felt my mind, body and soul change! I’m happy to be alive, I’m a better athlete and I’m stronger, faster, have more energy, I look and feel youthful and I’m feeling like the weight of the world has been lifted off of my shoulders! I am grateful that I am finally experiencing what it means to live in truth and to be free of my mind and thoughts and I’m just getting started! I can’t wait to see what’s in store for me as I continue to progress. Thank you Cindy, thank you Long Island Meditation and thank you universe!

Back in March I was in search of meditation group or method to help me through some challenging times. At the time I felt lost, stressed and anxious. That’s when I found Long Island Meditation. This method of meditation is completely different than the many I have tried in the past. I just completed level 1 and I feel amazing. I am so grateful to have connected with Cindy at Long Island Meditation and looking forward to this continuous journey of meditation. I highly recommend giving them a call.

I have been meditating for a while now and it has really helped me to reduce stress and anxiety. When you walk into this center it feels so peaceful and comfortable!! Of course, when I don't have the time to come to the center I join virtually. It truly is a wonderful meditating experience and the instructors are very sincere and caring. This meditation really is amazingly effective - we all want to find what works and if you really want positive beneficial results you should meditate here.

Long Island Meditation is the best in the area. Great meditation program. The meditation guides are supportive and motivating and the atmosphere is inclusive and welcoming. My mental well being is greatly improved and I couldn't be more thankful! Great addition to my daily life routine.

This meditation technique is very precious and easy to follow. It's nice that I can look back on my mind that comes up in daily life and throw it away. After letting go of all my minds, I become very comfortable and positive. The more I meditate, the clearer my head since all delusional thoughts that bubble up in my head disappear. I focus much better on my tasks and started to enjoy the process of my work. I am thankful that I got all benefits through this meditation!

I began meditating with guide Cindy Min in August of 2021 for various reasons mostly childhood trauma and anxiety that stayed with me through adulthood. This meditation has provided me a method to release all those pictures and memories from my mind and I am so grateful to have been introduced to this meditation. All the guides are so interested in our success and that’s very obvious to me. I have learned so much about myself and have inner peace.
