National Jewelry Repair comes highly recommended to me. I decided to create a custom made bracelet for my daughter. This jewelry repair shop is the real deal. They were fantastic with treating me like I was family. My jewelry repairs were done in a timely manner and they looked like the day I bought them when they were finished. Can’t recommend this shop enough, you won’t be sorry. Excellent!!!!

I got my ring fixed here recently because two stones fell out and they fixed it for the best price in town. After the repair and polish my ring looked good as new and I could have never thought it would look so good.

I don't know what they do, but they should not call themselves a jewelry repair shop. I stopped in to have a ring resized. The ring is 18k gold with nice sized pave diamonds and was appraised many years ago at more than $4k. An office worker greeted me and asked what I needed. I told her I would like my ring made smaller to fit my pinky. She put her hand out and I let her look at the ring. First, she said, "This not real, right?", to which I responded that it was. She then said, "but is fake gold". I told her it wasn't. I am too polite to have walked out, so she asked "what size you need?" I told her I wanted it to fit my pinky. She again asked for the size. I told her she'd need to measure me. I was stunned when she said she could not because, when they moved from a space on another level of the building, they lost the sample ring sizers that all jewelers have. I asked her to speak to someone else, at which point she stepped into a doorway and returned saying, "yeah no we can't do". As I left, I told her that it was a very amusing experience and I couldn't wait to review them on Yelp! So, I didn't.

Good and speedy service, came by this morning with a rado Swiss watch along with the replacement parts. They were able to expedite and complete the repair the same day.

I came with my wife's bridal set to be fix, replace 2 missing diamonds and refurbish it, they did an awesome job my wife was so happy, it was like she got a brand new set, since then I always bring any of my jewelry to get clean and fix to National Jewelry Repair Center, not just the quality of the job but the staff is also very friendly and gentle, most of the time they do the job while you wait I definitely give it a five stars and would recommend you to go there.
