No integrity
I brought my car (only 35k miles) here for a simple state inspection. I had previously passed the inspection in April but changed its registration recently so had to repeat the inspection. About an hour later, they called me back and claimed my front brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. The manager even took me into the garage where the tech pointed at the brakes and said they were “worn down and grinding.” I couldn’t actually see what they were referring to, but they insisted both the front brakes and rotors had to be changed right away — and quoted me $1,000 for the job — and said they could not pass my vehicle for inspection.
The next day, I took my car to my regular mechanic, who told me: my brake pads are 95% full and in perfect condition. There is absolutely no reason to replace anything and there is no reason my car didn’t pass.
This shop clearly tried to sell me unnecessary repairs. That’s dishonest and unacceptable.

This place is great. I’ve been servicing my cars here for years (oil, tires, inspections…) and have always been satisfied. Anand, the manager, is very attentive and fair. They have great prices, clean facility and A+ mechanics.

I had a great experience at this shop ! My car had the check engine light on,and they quickly diagnosed the issue and did a tune up.the car runs perfectly now.the staff was professional,the service was excellent,and the price was very reasonable. I'm really happy with work they did and will definitely come back if I need anything else.Highly recommend!

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism I experienced during my visit yesterday. I waited over three hours for service on my vehicle, specifically to have my doughnut tire and a hairline crack in my rim fixed.
When the mechanic asked me about the lock for the wheel key, which I had mentioned was in my trunk, he refused to retrieve it despite my offer to help. This interaction left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.
However, there was a silver lining. I decided to visit there competitor, where not only was I treated with courtesy, but I also paid less for the services I needed.
It's disheartening to say that my trust in your establishment has been shaken. I used to believe in your commitment to quality service and would pay any necessary costs for repairs. Unfortunately, my recent experience has changed that. I won't be returning and hope you can address these issues to improve for future

I don’t normally leave negative reviews—let alone any reviews—but this time I felt I had to.
After a state inspection, I was told that various parts needed to be replaced. I won’t go into the specifics of the repair, but right after the service, I began hearing a noise from the undercarriage in two different areas—an issue that wasn’t present before. I had to drop off my car three or four times, but it was all futile. They still couldn’t figure out what was wrong, and in the end, they reinstalled the original part.
Funny enough, the noise still persists to this day. Now
People make mistakes—it happens. But what truly matters is how those mistakes are handled. Making false promises and wasting the customer's time is unacceptable.
At this point, I’m just counting the days until I can take my car to a proper dealer for service.

Can’t believe I got scammed here. Took for an inspection. They convinced me to replace brake pads costing 700. Turned out didn’t need to replace at all yet. Losing out local business for years to come.

believe the reviews , i went here cause its by my home and just needed a while alignement dude says you cant do it on lowered cars ...... ive had lowered cars 10+ YEARS you sure can ! i told him just say you dont know or just dont wanna do it .... very unacceptable to say you cant do it very poor attitude of the manger ....
