Complete rip off. Very expensive service. Charged me over $1200 for a service and did not deliver. Had to take my car to another mechanic and get the job done again for less than $800.

Made a date with the manager to do a state inspection on my car. Soon after arrival I'm told that none of the 3 mechanics want to do a state inspection on my car because of a baby animal was lost in my vehicle even though I reassured them its harmless and I'll be there with them. Waste of my time and gave me a false expectation for what would be done.Also, not to mention, it seems as though they don't fill up your oil on an oil change to the full amount that they should. An individual was also complaining that his oil light for his oil level limit was still on and even after being cleared 2 prior times. I would be upset if I had to return to the same shop 3 times for the same issue.

Today around 4PM, while I was driving my 2017 Honda CRV, a lot of warnings came onto the screen. In the beginning I didn't worry much but at some point I got a warning of the car overheating so I had to pull over as soon as possible. I pulled over into the Nor Service's Center, when I tried to turn-off the engine, I couldn't do it as usual, I had to follow instructions and pressed the ignition twice.The person at the desk talked to me immediately. He was very calm and professional. He took the car and they checked the computer, they ran diagnostics and added coolant. In 35 minutes the car was good as new. Even the "Tire Pressure Low" warning disappeared (A warning for which I checked my tires in the past over and over and couldn't get rid of)They charged me minimal.I am so grateful to them for helping me right away, for working on fixing my car immediately, for being honest with me and for charging me only $30 for the labor. I have went to many auto shops in my life but at this center, I was treated the best. Thank you.

I changed the tires 2 times here and the brake system 3 times, but the price is more than 40% more expensive than other places. Be sure to compare prices. I won't go anymore.

I bring my daily here for all standard maintenance services and inspection. The manager is always attentive, professional and if any repair is required, it is explained first and never performed prior to any authorization. I've been coming here for years and never had an issue.

The guy that runs this station is rude and has the personality of a camel. I brought my car here for a slow leak and he told me it couldn’t be fixed. He wanted to charge me $200 for a new tire. I took the car to Pep Boys and they repaired it for $20. I will never bring my car here again. You’ve been warned.

Tire blew on the LIE entering the Cross Island going North. Horrific! My daughter found them on her phone. I was so happy they were open on a SUNDAY, could replace tires, and such great service!Then Malik saw another problem, I had to get another tire due to a bubble, he was able to replace it right away! Honest, very helpful and he told me to make sure I always keep my tires inflated. I was lax on that. I was so happy you were right there for me.Thank you Malik!Service: Tyres

Paul the service manager is the best. His guys are very efficient and get their customers in and out very quickly. I moved here 2 years ago and have had about 4 visits, mainly for oil changes and cabin filters but every time is a great experience. This last experience we were waiting outside. I told my wife to take the single seat that was outside for social distancing. Only a minute later Paul came out and gave me another seat. Absolutely professional and a gentleman. He lets you know what needs to absolutely be done on your car and what can wait. Great crew from management to mechanics!!!Services: Oil change
