Recently purchased a Certified 2020 Cadillac XT5 from Chris Werner, the Used Car Manager. The entire process, including a trade-in, was conducted entirely over the phone. Chris made the entire process speedy and pain free. Everything was as advertised and couldn't have been any easier. North Bay's aggressive list pricing beats most other dealers. I would absolutely recommend these guys to friends and family. One of my best car buying experiences. Thank you.

I wish I could leave a 0 star review!!! Do not Buy or Lease from GM or this dealer!!!I returned my Cadillac on 9/21/23 to the dealer I purchase the vehicle. GM financial completed their final inspection of my car on 10/3/23, a whole two weeks after I returned the car. When I returned my car, the person at Cadillac receiving the vehicle reviewed my car and said we shouldn't have a problem as the vehicle was in good condition and no major wear on the car. Today I received a certified letter from GM financial, a bill of $600!!!! Gm financial is charging me for damage that was not on my car when I returned it to them. GM financial filed a picture, of a scratch 20 inches long on my hood!!! I did not have a scratch on the car, and even if I did, I purchased paintless dent repair for the vehicle when I started my lease. So the damage they are claiming would be covered under my protection plan. the picture posted by GM doesn't even show my car entirely so how do I know this is even my vehicle?!?!?! this is extortion, I am now held accountable for damage on the vehicle that I did not do! I will be reporting them to the BBB.Buyer beware, do not purchase for them as they will extort you on your lease return. Take thorough picture and videos of your vehicle before you return your lease. I will tell all my friends and family of my experience and encourage them not to buy from this dealer or GM.- very disgusted consumer

I recently purchased my new vehicle from North Bay Cadillac. Cannot say enough good things about everyone there and my experience. Laura Sodano was attentive, kind, and very informative throughout the whole process. David Colotti worked some amazing numbers for me, and John Campanelli stepped in to help find the vehicle I had in mind. If you’re in the market for a truck you should find Dan Cunningham [#dansellstrucks]. John Campanelli, the manager at North Bay Cadillac Buick and GMC, is a close friend of my family but told me to work with Dan. He said Dan was the expert as it pertained to GMC trucks, particularly the 2023 GMC Sierra that I was after. I went there with a particular vision from the look of the car to the performance as well as a price, and Dan hit all the marks. From the start of my interaction Dan was detailed and helpful, he was also quick and helped me cut out all of the wasted time I’ve typically faced at other dealerships and car negotiations. Much of our interaction was done after I left the dealer and he was professional and courteous as well as quick and reliable, this was hands down my easiest car purchase and in a rough car market market to say the least. Thank you very much to North Bay and especially thanks to Dan Cunningham and John for making the experience as wonderful as it was and I left with an excellent truck.

If I could give a lower review, I would. I purchased a new Cadillac 7/10/23. It's now 9/1 and it is still not registered. The registry has no record of the car, and my temp tags are expired. The sales manager, Michelle, who is extremely rude, advised me to drive it on expired tags, and that it is fine. My insurance will not cover me if the cars not registered, and if stopped, the car will be towed, impounded for 10-days, and I will be fined. I now have a car that I've owned for two months, that I can't legally drive on the road, and they refuse to help me, just keep giving me excuses and blaming the dmv. The district manager blew off the 3 calls I made to him today, and is enjoying his long weekend, while I have to find an attorney to handle this matter. I asked for a rental and they refused. Their answer is to keep waiting, and drive it with expired tags, that "this is normal". This is anything but normal and it does not take two months to register a car, out of state or not. I will never do business with North Bay Cadillac again, nor would I recommend them. The more I call, I only get excuses, and Michelle is only becoming more rude to me. The salesman was very nice and helpful, but there is nothing he can do now. All they care about is pushing cars out the door, not about issues with the ones they sold. I am beyond disappointed, and extremely frustrated that I now have to pay for a rental vehicle out of pocket, for an unknown time, until they get my car registered. As I told Michelle, the "sales manger", they shouldn't be selling cars out of state, if they don't know the states laws and/or can't comply with them. I am a manger myself, and if I handled issues the way she does, I would be fired!

My car buying experience at this dealership was truly disheartening. Unfortunately, I had an encounter with a salesperson named DAN, whose service attitude and professionalism were simply unbearable. If you're looking to save both your time and money, I strongly advise steering clear of any dealings with him.DAN clearly lacks even the most basic customer service skills. He seemed indifferent to the questions I posed, as if my needs as a customer didn't matter at all. His responses were vague and irresponsibly given, leaving me feeling ignored and deceived. Throughout the conversation, I gained no valuable information or guidance whatsoever.To make matters worse, DAN appeared to have very little knowledge about the vehicles he was selling. He couldn't explain the features and advantages of the cars in detail, and he even struggled with fundamental technical inquiries. This raised doubts in my mind about his genuine understanding of the products he was representing.In conclusion, if you're seeking a pleasant car buying experience, I strongly recommend taking a detour and avoiding the salesperson named DAN. His unprofessionalism and careless demeanor will leave you disappointed and frustrated. I hope sharing my experience can assist others in making informed decisions and avoiding similar troubles.

Do you want to buy a Cadillac and have a great experience ? Then go make a purchase with North Bay Cadillac. I purchased a vehicle from them last week and the staff was great. Sales consultant Laura Sodano originally started working with me , then she introduced me to Francesco Bentivedo who ultimately closed the deal. Both of them were very informative, knowledgeable and gave me several options on the direction I could go in. Francesco and Laura either texted or called me just to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and I was impressed by that. John Disanto, one of the sales mangers also assisted in making my experience great by being honest ,transparent, and showing me that there were no hidden fees . And he also spent time breaking down some of the features of the car ?.Once I took possession of the car , I had an issue, So I immediately brought the car back . Michelle Thornton (sales manager) stepped in and assured me the issue would be taken care of . She gave me a loaner and had Frank Morales look into the problem. Frank was great as well , he also texted and called me , and kept me updated as to the status of the car ?. In summation, the whole staff at North Bay cares about it customers and that is one of the reasons why I would recommend this dealership to family and friends.S. Murdaugh

We bought a car in 2021 from the seller, he went to the accountant, the car was defective in the seat belts and it was having problems with the cameras. We decided to change it to 2023. This year was the worst. A car over 100,000 damaged the system. of the gas the sensors of the horrible car have just activated for no reason the radio system came out with some damaged parts the loose back seats sound like an old can they did not solve anything to change it for another we will lose a lot of money this really has me with horrible anxiety because we don't know what to do with this car really is full of problems I only ask God that my state of health does not harm me anymore with so much problem that this car has God what a car to be so bad and not ? power solve absolutely nothing

I purchased a brand new Escalade ESV from Dan Cunningham. He was a man of his words and made the transaction extremely easy and friendly. He spent over an hour with my wife an myself going over every option the truck had. I have bought many cars in my life and I can easily say that this transaction was by far the best. Highly recommend requesting him as your salesman next time you buy something.

On July 19 ,2023 we leased a 2024 Cadillac XT5. After much searching we found the right dealer, and most importantly the right salesperson. We were introduced to Francesco Bentivedo.Walking in there with a cloud over us , and a feeling of here we go again.Francesco was a pleasure to deal with.He truly is a gentleman, with an enormous amount of patience.A week later , he personally delivered the all weather floor liners to our residence.He worked with the manager to get the best deal for us. We truly feel he had our best interest in mind.We highly recommend this courteous and professional salesman.Thank you again Francesco!
