This was my go to grab and go super market for ready made meals and cut fruit however 2 days ago (10/18) with melon expiring 10/21 was sour, pineapple expiring 10/19 was also sour and foul smelling and the chicken salad caused GI problems. I kindly ask the management to please revise the quality control of perishables. I think I will take a break from this supermarket for awhile.

Your basic grocery store. They have higher priced goods but it's very small, though decently clean. Service was friendly and fast.

Stopped by randomly on a Wednesday afternoon around 530 and was pleasantly suprised to find a relatively empty parking lot & the store itself wasn't busy at all. Compared to the college point location this is considerably smaller - about half to a third of the size but was considerably of lower quality. I saw a lot of moldy cheeses (like moldy gruyere, and cheddar) in the cheese section and a lot of things on the verge of expiring or past the expiration date!! THis included pre-packed items as well as items packed in store! PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE PACKING DATE, BEST BY DATE & EXPIRATION DATES WHILE SHOPPING. They did have a bakery section which was well stocked - i got one of the traditional baguettes which tastes fine but wasnt really a good baguette (not very crusty/and very dense texture inside) but it served its function well. Overall would not be back - the idea of having to second guess and closely inspect everything I buy there would stress me out especially when my experiences at the other location has consistantly been positive.

This is the 2nd time I got molded bread from this place, my daughter ate a piece and noticed the mold inside the bread, the owner knows they are selling the bad bread, give me the money back right the way, beware… even the expiration date is not there yet, the bread is still bad. I’ll never go there again.

If you're looking for food packages by a manufacturer, this store has a great, varied selection of hard to find same international products.However, if you're looking to take out premade food when you're to tired to cook, look elsewhere. This was my second venture into their precooked food, as I thought that the first meal might have just been an of day. The Italian chicken breast cutlery was some of the toughest, driest I've ever had the misfortune of having on my dinner plate. Further, several months ago I stopped on my home from work to pick up a container of fresh grated parmesan cheese. Sadly, the cheese with a use by date about a month away, got moldy after one week.Buyer Beware!!

Great location with fantastic selection of cheeses. That being said it's prob hard to keep tabs on quality On two occasions the cheeses were old and hard as rock - had to throw out despite the dates so beware to check what you buy closely. The deli is convenient but stay clear of the tuna fish salad- not sure what the problem is but was inedible - other than that -the fruit and veggies very fresh and a beautifully displayed store. Friendly staff and manager.

Love this place, but I do miss AJ. He always greeted each customer. Management wouldn’t tell me where he went, although one of the workers confided in me that he went to work at a market in Brooklyn. Good luck to you AJ!As for North Shore Farms, I do come here a lot because it’s so close to my home. Plus, their produce is fresh and the workers are helpful (except the guy in the cheese dept who has given me an attitude when I had previously asked him a question). I also love their deli dept. There are so many delicious things to purchase when I don’t want to cook. Yes, their prices have increased, but that has been the case everywhere.

I was there 11/21/2022 and bought a container of feta cheese only thing is when I got home it was opened and a slice cut out. It was not crumbled or messy it looks like someone used a knife to cut it and put it back with the rest disgusting. Never again will I go to that location

This supermarket has quite a selection of quality meats that are over and above the average supermarket chain stores. The deli is exquisite, again better than your average deli. The produce is fresh and green. Needless to say the market was crowded with many patrons. They should consider expanding since they serve many quality products and meats and produce. Still prefer to shop here for meat items which are better than the competition.

We just moved to this area from north Bellmore and unless I went on an off day, the North Bellmore Northshore Farms is run far better. The staff is friendlier and more helpful. Also, the fish I bought here had to be thrown out. PU...,.
