Purchased an AP through Phigora. Excellent, clear, and consistent communication from Yakov through the whole process. Shipping occurred right before the polar vortex/ snow storm across the US and so FedEx was delayed. Team stayed on top of tracking and updating me - ensuring I got the package by the date they had promised me. Love the watch - definitely will use them again.

I am very Happy with my purchase of the omega Professional 300M. Watch came exactly as described in excellent condition. Staff was very helpful and accommodating to what i was looking for.
Not to mention the Watch came in 2 days as promised even with the huge snowstorm the North east had over the weekend. I would refer Phigora
to any one looking to purchase and or add a watch to their collection.

Mike and George took such good care of me and prevented me from wasting over $10,000 at the Patek Philippe servicing center. they are true experts in vintage watches and was able to fix my vintage watch when the servicing center said it was impossible to do so. thank you so much for all your help!!!

I purchased a vintage, two-tone Cartier Panthère with a date dial from Phigora a couple of months ago and had an exceptional experience with them.
I initially came across their watch on Chrono24 and was pleasantly surprised by their responsiveness and willingness to work with you - areas where other dealers fell massively short on.
George was very helpful with ensuring overnight shipping a few days before Thanksgiving and the watch arrived in impeccable condition, just as described.
Every time I wear it, I’m reminded of my positive experience and will be a return customer.

I purchased a Rolex Air King they had listed in stock on their website. They sent me an invoice, and I wired the money that same day. It would have been my first Rolex. The day after Christmas, I called and checked on the status of my order, as nothing had updated in three days (Christmas was the day prior, so I understood there would be some delay). It turns out they did not have the watch in stock and did not tell me about this until I asked them about it. After calling them twice, I finally received a refund check. I understand that this scenario was a mistake, but for a business that deals in high-value luxury watches, I am very disappointed in Phigora. Please be wary when purchasing from here; if you choose to do so, use a credit card and either call ahead of time or book an appointment to verify that the watch you want is indeed in stock before forking over thousands of dollars of your hard-earned money to this business.

Great service with Phigora. Purchased a Breitling B50 and it shipped without the charger. After some investigation it seems Breitling never sent it back to them after it was serviced. They made it right and credited me enough to buy one since the watch isn’t functional without it. Will definitely be buying from them again when the time comes, great place to do business with.
