As a new customer, I was disappointed with the customer service. The gentleman I spoke with over the phone was not helpful at all, and was very short with me and agitated. That is not appropriate conduct when working with the public especially on sensitive matters such as medication.

At first, I was happy with the pharmacy. However, the last couple of months I've had nothing but problems with them. There is no communication with customers or staff. I had a problem with running out of medications, due to their error, 4 times in the last month a half. You call them, they just yes you over and over and when you call them back to confirm they tell you something different. It is unacceptable customer service when you mess with people's medications. Contacted corporate and to no surprise-no response! I will never go back to them and I will let people know not to go there. Worst customer service ever!!

Extremely disappointed! First few times using this pharmacy were pleasant and easy experiences. Recently it’s been the polar opposite- the staff is rude and nasty! The women on the phone was short and sharp toned. They put you on hold for long periods of time- one staff member will tell you one thing and another will tell you the opposite. Avoid this place at all costs, they should be shut down… :(

Customer service could be a lot better. Left me on hold for almost 20 minutes after she said hold on. I called back right away and got someone who is extremely rude. The actual pharmacist is more understanding and has better customer service experience.

It is virtually impossible to pay a bill online!!! I have this infuriating experience every time I try. I reset the password AGAIN. It refuses to clear the screen to allow me to enter the d#$&new password. I refuse to enter all the info and credit card #s yet again. I am not a new customer. I am capable of following instructions. Sadly, your site is NOT![This is for Wendy Schildkret. I am her frustrated sister, who will have to, once again,call tomorrow.Thanks for a truly inferior computer system.Madelyne Sperber

So thankful for this one of a kind pharmacy.The way they treat Seniors is wonderful,as a SENIOR ADVOCATE, I WOULD ONLY GIVE A 5 STAR Rating if it showed consistency,and kindness and they always have time to help EVERYONE,NOT ONLY SENIORS, THAT IS PRECISION PHARMACY!!So caring during such a difficult time means so much!I speak for many that do not use a cell phone or computer.Many people are grateful that no matter how busy-- someone will get on the phone to help them and actually care.They excell in customer service,They even deliver!!
