Staff is very helpful especially the Super, Ralph and Cheryl in the office! A great building in great neck plaza with great amenities and conveniences including walking distance to LIRR, place of worship, early childhood centers, shopping/ restaurants/ shopping in town and a great park right across the street!

So happy to call Maestro my home. My husband and I have lived here for 5 years and are grateful for the community here. From the amazing leasing agent Danelis to the super Ralph, Basdeo, and all of the doormen (Jimmy, Jimmy, Dan, David, and Antonio), we couldn’t be happier living here.

My family and I loved living here. Danelis, Ralph, Jimmy, Dan, Demetrios, and Persaud were always so helpful and polite and professional.Jimmy the doorman is the nicest doorman I’ve ever had. He is a retired police sergeant and always made us feel safe.Ralph the super was always available and eager to help with anything and everything always with the biggest smileDanelis is the kindest and sweetest and most professional. She always went out of her way to help us from A-Z.The Maestro staff always treated us like family and we are going to miss them all very much. Great place to live and very convenient location- only about a 10 minute walk to town/train station. Highly recommend!

First time I've lived in an apartment and I'm pretty sure I saw them put the garbage and recycle together. Living conditions are horrible, the environment is very nasty and water that stays past a day or 2 will start growing bacteria. The only good thing is the front desk manager and the staff who were always nice. The garage spaces are terribly small and if your driving skills are bad, I beg you to not live here. I had a very grumpy neighbor and the walls are thin so they just banged the wall for us laughing a little louder than normal. I hope I'm not asking for too much but the rooms are very small.

Probably the nicest building in Great Neck. Phenomenal Staff. Ralph, Dan, Jimmy, Bas, and Jimmy are just like family.Danelis is an angel sent from G-d. Goes above and beyond for us every time. Was considering moving to a new construction down the street, but Danelis reminded us why Maestro is home. Always ready to help, and her goal is to make sure we’re happy. Can’t say enough great things about Danelis. Just signed for two more years, don’t see us anywhere else!

Lalezarian Properties owns and runs this building. The property managers are very sketchy. Renown for not returning security deposits for 2-3 months after moving out. The Maestro building itself is okay, located within walking distance to the center of Great Neck. But because of the unscrupulous property management team, it makes living in this property a stressful experience. Never again. Strongly recommend to stay away and find other properties to live in.

Management is horrible to tenants. Place is tiny. Front desk guy is great. Could not be happier to move out of there- when we did- had to wait several weeks to get our deposit back- minus any punitive scratches on floor, paint job, etc.
