GREAT SERVICE! I have rented a few cars from Royal Rent a Car in Great Neck, NY and have had no problems. The cars have been clean and well serviced and their rates are reasonable. The fellow named Jesse at their office, who I have primarily dealt with, has always been professional and polite. I highly reccommend this business!

STAY AWAY FROM ROYAL RENTAL CAR!!!! Horrible experience. Lady at the front desk Veronica was the most nasty, rude, obnoxious individual I had to ever deal with!!!!! She informed me of a price and when I returned the vehicle the price was almost double what she told me!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
