Today is 07/25/2023. On April 9, 2023 I purchased a vehicle from Superb Motors till this day I haven’t received no response from them. I still have not received my plates, I haven’t received my reimbursement for canceling the extra insurance I purchased which is $3900. A week after purchasing the vehicle the check engine light came on, to this day I have had nothing but problems with the vehicle! They had told me I had 30 days to return it back, but when trying to get in contact with them they completely blocked our calls! VERY DISAPPOINTED with their service!!!!

I have had the worse car buying experience in the history of me buying a car. I purchased my 2019 BMW X3 on May 15, 2023. Received car without any temporary license plate tags on June 17, 2023. It is now August 7, 2023 and I still do not have any license plates. I tried calling and now no one answers. The salesman Jeremy no longer answer my calls or texts. I was told I would be getting my plates this past Tuesday August 1, 2023 but I still don't have anything. I have sent emails and not getting any response to that as well. All I want is my license plates so I can move on with my life. They were quick to take my money but service after that has been horrible. I DO NOT recommend this dealership to anyone buying a car. They are quick to take the money but then after they will not help you at all in anything. They will come up with any stupid excuses just so you don't bother them. They lost a customer with me and I will be taking legal action against them.

YOU PAY An additional $2000 dealer fee plus a $3000 down payment fee means every car you see listed has a hidden extra $5000 slapped on the top. Don't waste a moment of your time on this place. The online prices are nothing but deceptive bait. The positive reviews? They've got to be from folks who are either paid off, or just blissfully unaware they're tossing their hard-earned cash into a pit at this joint.

BEWARE!!! Predatory pricing!They present an attractive price only to jack it up when you show up for purchase!A 34k listing all of a sudden is 40k. Ladies and gentlemen avoid this place take your hard earned money somewhere else!We need to hold these dealerships accountable for their indecency!!

I didn’t waste my time with this place but I wanted to help others. It always shocks me how so many people are financial iterate and it’s dealerships like this the prey on this. This place is a total joke, they advertise one price and then when you come in they tack on well over $5000 on top of their price. They add on a $2000 “preparation fee” and a $3000 “down payment” cost. Sure, go ahead and ask whatever you want for your “prep fee” (which is still a joke) but the “downpayment fee” needs to be included in your price, as this varies with everyone and is dictated by what the buyer wants to put down. On top of all of this, they then want to add more fees if you don’t finance with them. Typical joke of a dealership. OPEN your eyes and review your bill of sale before you sign. Stay educated.

My husband and I bought a NX 200 Lexus early in May, there were 2 cracks on the windscreen and some damage on the front of the bumper which we were told it will be fixed, my husband takes the car back 2 days after we got it to the dealer it was there for 8 days but it was not fixed, he was told by the manager to take the car back home and they will call when they have someone to fix it. It’s been over a month now, when ever my husband would call they keep putting him on hold and then the phone will cut off. We regret doing business with these guys

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!We came there and everyone was very nice and polite until we bought the car, after that this became a nightmare.They promised they would deliver a car after they clean it, remove the stickers and fix all the minor issues.They ended up delivering a dirty car, didn't fix any of the small issues and they delivered 2 keys. One of the keys does not belong to this car!!! The other one is pretty much useless as car cannot be locked! Entire locking system doesn't work so they were basically pretending to lock-unlock the car once we were looking at it.It also came with a mirror that is about to fall off but they positioned it nicely so you can't really tell until you move it.30mins after receiving the car we called them and texted them but of course no response, I guess they can ignore us but certainly won't be able to do that with our lawyer.Overall I recommend this place if you love no customer service, useless car and 20k debt for it.

Just bought a 2019 Maserati ghibili here and the service was phenomenal, Will was extremely friendly and treated me like a friend and not just a customer, he helped me out a ton and he was super straight forward with all the info, tips, directions and more about the car, he also made sure that the car was in perfect condition for me to take it home 2 days later. Simply dropped my old trade in car off and took the new one. Would definitely come back

i usually don’t leave reviews but this place is so unprofessional and slow. i had to wait a whole month for my car to be ready and the guy that was helping me didn’t even know what he was doing so i ended up going to the dmv and doing it myself. i had to pay the sales tax at the dmv which i had already paid for at the dealership. i was told i would get a refund and here i am it’s almost been a month and i still haven’t received my check.

Let’s start of by saying i had a good experience at the dealership when buying my car.Why 2 stars? Well i bought an Infiniti q50 RedSport from Superb no problem nice and easy. The problems start a month after ownership, the cars turbos were blown for a while said infiniti tech they asked when did i buy the car told them they said they sold it with blown turbos, thankfully it was replaced under warranty, secondly just today about3-4 months into ownership i get a warning on the car that my tire pressure is low, take it to a tire shop they find out my rims have been welded and extremely cracked, now i gotta get new rims for my vehicle which aren’t cheap about 460-550 per, sucks that the dealership sold me the car with these underlying issues and never once disclosed that during the deal.The manager and my sales person Adrian are good people and helped me with the purchase but like i stated above the issues that weren’t disclosed are my issue.
