I’m customer with TD Bank around 5 years and today I went to notarize few papers, waited for 25 minutes and one nice lady took me but I think her boss Irene Barkouras asked her to leave me and take another customer as she was explaining me something. This lady Irene is very rude woman and don’t know how to talk to the customers. I had another bad experience with her before as well.She is very bad , I hope more people will leave reviews for her

Horrible service. They closed my account and froze my money without any reason or notice to me.Every time I call I get jerked around. I showed up to complain they did nothing to get me my money back it’s been about 4 months and nothing has been resolved. 1800 number is useless and the managers here can’t give me a straight answer.

TD bank in general has long branch hours, but if the employees can't do their job, doesn't matter how long the branch is open. Tellers can't do simple things like address changes, and the short staffed bankers take too long with each customer. Managers not available on weekends ("bankers hours" I presume). If you're short staffed, and managers don't want to be available, maybe you should teach whoever's there to do more things? I don't run TD Bank but if I'm competing with digital banks out there, I'd dam sure make my staff are well trained and can help customers. Otherwise what's the point of a retail location? Your days are numbered anyway with ATMs and digital transactions replacing tellers and bankers.

Worst bank. Horrible customer service. Takes 1 week for a standard check to clear through. Don't waste your time opening an account. Go to chase they are much better.
