“I had an excellent experience with this autobody repair shop! I needed my passenger-side mirror completely replaced, and from start to finish, the entire experience was wonderful.
I initially spoke with the owner, Brian, who happened to be on vacation with his family. Even while away, he was incredibly helpful and encouraged me to bring my vehicle in so his team could take care of it. That level of customer service really stood out to me.
When I arrived, Andy greeted me kindly and helped escort my vehicle into the garage. He and Fernando worked together to complete the replacement, and they were both professional, efficient, and incredibly timely. The work was done perfectly, and I was back on the road without a long wait.
And an extra bonus: the owner’s dog was hanging out in the office! I got to give some pets to a very good boy while I waited, which definitely made an already great experience even better.
Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend this shop and will absolutely be coming back if I ever need autobody work again!

Mr Chris, was always extremely attentive, to the point, and always looking for the best and seamless way to make the customers transition as simple as possible. From getting dropping of your car, to getting you into your rental and vice versa. I know it’s usually standard for your car to get clean but most places do a quick “barely there” clean and it almost makes no difference. But they make sure you feel good picking up your car. Alberto was authentically kind and thorough from the initial phone call to the post-work walkthrough. I also just received new plates and he was kind enough to change them out along with the detailing. The pricing, timeliness, and service were all at a level you would receive as if you were family.
As someone who traveled from Brooklyn for Alberto's services, I will 100% be trekking out again to use his services. FYI if you do need to come from somewhere a bit out of the way, the LIRR stop is right by Final Inspection to use as another mode of transportation after the drop-off.
