The employees at this UPS store in Great Neck are routinely and consistently polite, kind, professional, and very quick to respond. On my most recent visit, for example, a customer in line behind us complained about the minimal wait (there was one person ahead of her) and the employee responded so positively that she quieted down. Well done indeed!

Went to this UPS store to drop off an overnight envelope containing important documents and they lost it before it even left he store, when I realized that my documents weren’t there by the next day I went to the store and they could care less about helping resolve my missing envelope and just told me to call the customer service number, I took picture of how unorganized this store is, obviously no one cares about the packages they handle there. I was supposed to meet up with the documents in Iowa this weekend and now I have to reschedule and get all new legal documents….. DO NOT USE THIS STORE TO SHIP ANYTHING IMPORTANT!!! I’m so upset they lost it before it even left…..

Walked in at 6:40pm and guy told me store is closed. Don’t use this location. Terrible experience.

This UPS store has saved my life more times than i can count. I have to do a big paperwork project yearly for my retirement pension and there is a ton of xeroxing and collating. My wonderful woman does it for me every time. They notarize, too. They mail it so i get an email that it has been delivered to the retirement office. And they mail packages too. This is the most useful place in Great Neck.
