I went to apply for my daughter’s passport, and Elise was incredibly helpful. She went out of her way to assist us, even though it was her lunch break. We were truly grateful for her kindness and support.

The passport service is excellent. I went there today and watched the first customer service rep assist a couple with such kindness and grace. She went to lunch and another employee assisted me. Although the situation was not quite as smooth, it was still overall an excellent experience.
