Totally disastrous, John Kunar maybe he is disheartened with his occupation. He has forgotten his smile hope its not the working condition. Maybe he is over worked. I cant pinpoint what it is. I firmly believe the customers should be greeted at least with a smile if they cannot offer the best of care for the vehicle or the customers. However, the facility is well maintained, its clean, coffee and snack bar are available in plenty. I purchased VW and I have come to the service center to address the vehicles needs and if its not its not a place to bring your vehicle.

Waiting for a part to arrive for 2 weeks now. Car is 2 years old and basically sitting there unusable. Meanwhile I'm still expected to make payments. No loaners offered. Service does not respond to messages. Have to get VW North America involved. Do not buy VW. They don't have the personnel or parts to service their vehicles.

Been coming here for years & have seen great improvements. Would now definitely recommend. Courteous staff, solid technical knowledge. Repairs done well the first time.

It's really the worst service I've ever been to, I don't recommend anyone to go there when they buy a Volkswagen, you better take it to your mechanic or another dealership... Really, every time I've been there since I got my car, I've never been pleased.... Some of the incidents they had were they went to charge me while I had a warranty. Another time I went there again to have another problem when I took my car back they broke something and wanted to charge me $2000 for it... And now it was to take my car back there I had made an appointment a month ago and also have a rental car to do my work until they fix mine. And at the last minute when I was about to take it there, they told me we don't have a rental car.. The worse it doesn't even deserve one star.... TERRIBLE.....

The professional team at Bayside Volkswagen is the real deal. I had the run around with my 2009 Jetta for months including the VW dealership here in the Bronx. I was almost ready to give up but I decided to give it one more shot. Took my car to Bayside Volkswagen and they went above and beyond, exceeded and set the expectation for what you you'd want a dealership to produce. Thank you John K and team for going the extra mile and reviving my Jetta. Highly recommend.

Absolute worst place for service. Stay as far away as you can. I cannot even begin to explain the incompetence.

It was a quick and painless experience purchasing my car from Bayside Volvo. Huge thank you to the sales team and finance manager!

Is there a 0 star option available? Went into the dealership Saturday afternoon to check out the XC90, after 10 mins or so - the woman in the front desk finally called a rep to come out. This guy is a total piece of work (Andres?). acted like he had somewhere else to be the whole time. pulled out his phone at one point after we asked a few questions. Wasnt interested in helping us or actually selling the car. Worst dealership experience ever. Guess I will spend the money elsewhere.

Went in to trade my car for volvo. Andres was rude and not engaging. momo wouldn't let me talk. Tried working some numbers within reason, but treated as if i didnt even have my green card. wouldnt budge on a few extra dollars and he literally got up in the middle and escorted me out. Wow. Just wow. I turned around asked him to talk like a man and told him that was not nice. He said, what more is there talk about? We can't come tk agreement t. I get a call.from.their finance manager , Robert apologizing and told.me.to.come back to work things out. Before i would consider going back. I gave them my numbers over text. He said can't do it. AND coincidentally, the vehicle is sold. Yeah? Really? Just while we were negotiating? Waste of time. The the worst was the ultimate disrespect. Don't come here. Mercedes.treated me w respect and dignity. Volvo of queens? Gtfoh I should have read the other reviews.

BUYER BEWARE - I was a very happy Volvo customer for the past 3 years with my leased 2019 XC60 T6. Now, I am completely dissatisfied with Volvo Cars of Queens sales, service and my new 2022 XC60. Andres Naranjo, the sales consultant at Volvo Cars of Queens, provided me with inaccurate information on the 2022 XC60 B5 which I used to make a significant purchase. Because of this, I leased a new car that does NOT have everything I asked for - but was assured it was offered. He does not have knowledge of the cars he is selling and lacks customer service and integrity. I loved my 2019 XC60 and I knew my car - how it drives, the different functions and all the safety features. I was told my new Volvo was "exactly the same". But I specifically asked, "Are all the sensors on my T6 model on this B5 model?" To which I was told, without hesitation, "Yes, the sensors are standard. The car is exactly the same." Andre is wrong - the 2022 XC60 B5 is definitely not the same. I have reached out to Volvo of Queens and they have failed to help correct this or acknowledge the lack of quality sales and customer service. The trust I had in Volvo of Queens has disintegrated with this transaction - I have been insulted, mistreated and misled. While my options are now limited, I will be sure to let others know my story so they do not find themselves in the same situation.

I called on a Friday morning because I had a brake malfunction light come on. They said bring the car right over. When I arrived I was greeted by John my service advisor. He suggested I do my 10,000 mile service and inspection at the same time. I received a text in about two hours stating that my car was ready for pick up. I must say I found my experience extraordinary. Every person at the service center was professional and courteous. I will certainly be returning to this location for further service of my vehicle.Services: Brakes

This a a top notch dealership and Jerry our Salesperson was extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, and super friendly. Jerry went above and beyond by doing his due diligence to explain each car we were interested in. Jerry makes you want to be apart of the Volvo family. My wife and i were very pleased with cousin Jerry's professionalism and salesmanship and left with a new 2022 XC60! Thank you cousin Jerry for answering all of our questions and making us life long Volvo customers! Best, Kwaku

While there are some nice people (Andrew) and nice looking cars mixed into this situation, our expiernece with VW has been a messy nightmare. We switched to VW after 4 infiniti's. We leased a brand new Atlas Sport, have had issues since we left the lot. Auto start hasn't worked, navigation/camera lags (dangerous problem), and a bunch of other small issues. When the problems increased, we got a chance to see VW's true colors. Dangerous issue taken lightly - no one lives up to promises, no one cares that we are essentially being extorted - forced to pay for 1) a car we do not have and 2) forced to pay for a rental since VW did not have any loaners. Multiple manager calls promised, never came. Being strung along and taken advantage off. Bayside Volkswagen and Volkswagen overall do not stand behind their products and commitments. We were sold a broken car and are literally paying more to be in a cheap rental, lose/lose. In my expiernece, Volkswagen is okay with ripping clients off and bullying them around through a miserable process. We leased the atlas to fit our family and car seats - we have been forced into a car half the size which we have to pay EXTRA FOR. HORRIBLE EXPIERNECE - BEING ROBBED, PLAYED AND BULLIED BY VW

Brought in my XC90 2020 for the 30k maintenance. Service took around 2hrs ttl. Interesting that the dealer says before handing back the car to you they sanitize and wash the outside of the car. Upon receipt of the car, there was no wash completed for the car so I can probably assume nothing was sanitized in the inside as well. I brought this same car in couple months prior to replace the 15amp fuse to 20 amp fuse and a wash car was completed when it was returned to me. Another note is I seen cars pulling out of the dealership washed. Please have consistency within this dealership service center and if not able to complete guaranteed services please inform customers of the situation.
