“I just wanted to share my experience with helzberg in garden city. We first went to look at engagement rings and I fell in love with one of the settings. Fast forward we ordered the ring and it was absolutely beautiful. We did have to get it re sized bc I lost a lot of weight since we got engaged. I was worried about the sizing and they reassured me it would be done perfectly. I am blown away by the work. You could barely tell it was sized at all. I got it back before the time they originally said it would be ready and I am so happy. All the staff at this helzberg has been amazing every time we go and now I must say the in house jeweler does amazing work. Keep up the good work! See you guys in November for our wedding bands!”

She was extremely patient with me I looked at 5 different watches and the whole time Laura was there giving me tips on how each watch works in terms of automatic or non automatic. Once I picked out my watch she then had me try it on and ask me if the size was good, it was a little loose so she with no hesitation offered to take out links to make it fit.
