My husband was so impressed with the customer service as the watch was literally fixed on the spot.I had two pieces, a custom ring and a tennis bracelet that were previously “repaired” by another jeweler but unfortunately the ring was destroyed and the bracelet was discolored and cheaply fixed. I just picked them up from Papandrew yesterday and they look brand new and even nicer than before. The owner is a professional, friendly, honest and incredibly knowledgeable jeweler. The repair costs were incredibly reasonable and I wasn’t pressured to purchase any of the pieces I tried on.This is the jeweler you were always looking for!”
