Extremely poor customer service. What is the point of paying to the employees of this brand if they can’t do anything more than an average ATM. They should keep the ATM only because that’s the only thing that works there. If I need help they just tell me to call a number but they don’t move a finger. I reported a lost cashier check they didn’t help. I had to go to another wells fargo branch to get assistance.

Horrible service. Don’t even come 2 minutes after closing they WON’T open the door. Needless to say their hours are wrong on the window!!!

Hours aren't long but the people who work here are very nice and the bank is clean. I hardly ever see it crowded now with covid rules in place. The atm has never given me any issues. I just wish the bank was open for longer hours on the weekend.

I went into the Bank right before they were closing and Private Banker Eugen was super nice and helpful. Not sure why this bank has poor ratings. Next time, just talk to Eugen. Very good experience, thanks!!

I've never felt so disrespected by a bank employee. I won't mention the name of the very rude employee who "helped" me and my husband open a shared account, because this employee deserves to be fired but I'm hoping this review will only lead to him being reprimanded. I've opened accounts at other banks, and I've never been pressed to answer WHY I'm choosing to open an account there. When I stated that it was because of the excellent service I've heard they provide and because a close family friend also works at Wells Fargo, the employee went on to say "well, a lot of banks provide great service -- but why do you want to open an account HERE?" Uh, what? When he realized I was getting annoyed, he made up a BS excuse for his inappropriate questioning and said that "a lot of my customers complain about us because this branch is far from where they live, and then they get upset when they can't get their banking done because we're closed." LOL. Oh, ok. So you had our best interest in mind, eh? Unbelievable. Then he insisted that I can't be listed as a joint account holder because "my credit is poor". More LOL. Buddy, if that was the case, why was I able to go home and add myself as an account holder? Pathetic. If you're not in the mood to help and welcome a new customer, then maybe you shouldn't be employed there. I hate sneaky liars. Never going here again, and neither should you!
